There has been plans on restoring and renovating the place under the name District 40. So far, the former Hoyts has been renovated as Warehouse Cinemas.
I seen a few videos of this mall and it’s still standing today! I thought at this point, this mall would be demolished by now since many years had passed.

@@toysRrobloxYT it’s got a movie theater, Boscov’s, and a Home Depot attached to it. Unfortunately none of them have mall access.

There’s an active movie theater, Boscov’s, and a Home Depot attached to this mall. They have to keep the power on for those businesses.
