He lives in an old shed in the middle of nowhere and has had a very bad upbringing which resulted in him destroying himself whith alcohol and so on. He lives of what ever people donate to him and apparently these driving school guys offered to give him some "lessons" as a gift. There's a video of Viktor being interviewed at his home by some reporters where he tells his storie.
