I don’t even own a truck. Thanks Kayleigh.
Just installed mine but had to double check by watching this video a few times.
Best BAKFlip install video! (I’ve watched about ten in the last few days!) Particularly the cargo rail removal/replacement, which is not well explained in the instructions. Thanks, Kayleigh!!
Thanks for posting. Great video. Incredibly helpful! I ordered an F1 for my 2023 Tundra. The install instructions that came with the product were useless. They didn't even match the hardware pack! Fortunately, I found your video. Everything makes sense now. Thanks again!!!
Thank you !
You're welcome!
Very helpful...Thanks! I was able to install mine on my Limited CrewMax 6.5ft be in a little over an hour following your tutorial. Everything worked out exactly as described. Cheers!
Glad it helped
@@tacotunes One thing though. The front seal included in the box (adhesive roll) is not required for the composite bed on the 2022 Tundras.
I went through a very severe and continuous thunderstorm for 50 miles on I-70 a few days ago with torrential downpores. After arriving at my destination, I had maybe four drops of water on my bed! Outstanding Tonneau!
Most competent and best looking techs!
Thank you for the kind words!
Thanks for the clear steps. It was a lot more helpful than the instructions. Looking forward to that bed light video now!
ty for the feedback . . we are polishing off the last of the deets on the bed lights! :)
@@tacotunes looking forward to a bed light video as well!
@tacotunes where is the bed light video? 😂
Thanks⚓️
I wish these bed covers weren't so damn expensive lol. These and the OEM Toyota covers. Look good.
Same! Just got a new Mx 4 on fb marketplace for 600. Have patience and keep looking
How do you tighten the torx bolt under the arm that holds the cover up with the factory rail reattached…?
Hey Kayleigh, I feel like my install videos have been missing something and I think I figured it out. Could I borrow your outfit? 🤔
Not sure it fits you!...lol
@@tacotunes it might be a little tight in some areas, but loose in others. I figure it'll balance out.
Was there a truck in this video?😅
@TacoTunes what’s the difference between this mx4 vs the oem tonneau?
not much...
One is labeled BakFlip...and the other is labeled Toyota. That is the sole difference. Oh...and the price of course!!😜 It's an MX4 either way!
I noticed the drain tube sizes are different (larger) on the MX4. I DONT want to drill my bed, for this reason I am leaning toward the OEM. The drain tubes in the OEM match the holes that are pre drilled.
@@chrismatta1666 we did not drill the holes? we took a knife and cleaned out the hole to make it slide in easier. Probably would have fit without the knife AND i am pretty sure the OEM is a BakFlip . .we have installed both of them. They were pretty much identical.
@@tacotunes thanks for this! I meant I've seen others instruct that holes needed to be drilled. I liked your video and it definitely helped me make a decision.
Can you go over that one more time please?
