Нет такой резьбы татьянка , это название магазина который продает инструмент под брендом Татьянка , и наглядно показывает возможности своего инструмента. А резьба скорее всего кудринская.

В России я не знаю, какую древесину используют и есть ли эта древесина. Здесь, в Латинской Америке, дерево называется Кедр.

It looks really nice. The only thing im wondering is - in the beginning you transfer the whole grape-picture on the wood, inclusive the side lines of the leave. But when you start carving you just follow the main lines and cut away the side lines.
When done with the general shape of the leave you suddenly have the side lines back on the leave. Wouldn´t it be better to do deep cuts for the side lines before taking off wood from the leave so you don´t have to repeat drawing these?
Or why to bother drawing the side lines at all if you don´t need them and improvise those cuts later on

Indeed, if the wood is soft you can make deep cuts. If I make the complete drawing it is to be able to guide me when carving the main volume, then I draw them again to make the details. Well that depends on each person, you have to find the technique that suits you best, there are no rules.
