When this project was launched years ago, I said to myself I’ll come back when its completed or I see some evidence of progress”.I know Nigeria too well, I’m not surprised. In better news at least they made good progress with railway lines. But this one is a joke. People were so quick to be shouting the next Dubai and posting everywhere, even getting foreigners to react on CZcams channels now it’s embarrassing kinda. Look forward to hearing what has happened.
Yep back in 2019 i knew they would be sooo slow. other countries would have finished at least 1/4 of the buildings by now
Don't ask questions. Just click the "buy properties here" link lol.

I love your hair style
Honestly I just like women who rock natural hair
Tired of seeing wigs
😅😂🤣😁😇😊
The first things that should have been built are commercial high rise buildings for businesses to move their headquarters then residential demand will explode. Why build condo towers when there is not much else going on. Don’t compare to a modern city like Dubai until u can provide world class amenities such as rail line that transports citizens from business districts to residential areas
This is breathtaking 💚
De hold idea is futuristic.Nigerian are too in a hurry
How long will it take them to finish this city, maybe 50yrs .
😇😅
“The Dubai of Africa” only shows 2 towers? What a ghost town
Rome wasn't built in a day
@@francisosage8135the project started in 2008, it does not take this long to build a small city
You dey fear to go near the buildings? Just wasted my data.
The govt is waiting for FDI. The land is too expensive. Cut the price of land.
Are you people afraid of filming houses or dem don't alow u people to film una keep on showing us that two building wen has been there for so long wen i am seeing so many houses there
Maybe they can't go close to construction sites
Because I've been looking for videos on other buildings apart from this
That under construction building that's on the 5th floor is phoenix tower, right in front of it is phoenix rising bit they're currently on the ground floor and Infront of that is Emmanuel chapel and there are currently different projects under construction like a&a tower
I just hope construction keeps going
Hi Paul, thanks for the highlight. We'll update more videos on Eko Atlantic soon. Some of the projects were prohibited from filming due to the ongoing construction.
Thank you so much for helping with the clarification. I appreciate it😊🙏
@@realestatewithsally okay thanks please keep showing us the good place in Nigeria no country in this world wen nor get good and bad I leave here in Europe them don't agree make dem show the the bad side of any country wen u do that u be arrested
The idea here remains futuristic. For the Nigerian 200 million population, the ruiners (YES ruiners!) of the Nation should get basic amenities available first by fixing the roads, generate, distribute and supply electricity, water and medical facilities to all citizens- then you can talk of this kind of megaproject. "Lori-iro" (Lies, lies, lies); we like to delude ourselves!
Thanks for the insightful contribution.
do the same guys own it or did they give it to the government? Why show no changes?
You need investors to start up a new city or it will end up a failure and lead to bankruptcy like the new cairo capital
Do we have to pay to enter?
Many investors prefer dealing with real estate companies than customary or individual land owners ,while this might appear to be true, unfortunately, I have discovered that many real estate developers are worse and some of them are into land banking investment scam or what I can called ‘corporate scam’.
First of all, it is important to define what land banking is in general terms. It is the process of buying and holding (banking) land for development and sale. In other words, it is a real estate investment scheme that involves buying large expanse of undeveloped land and dividing it into plots for sale. It usually involves holding the land until the price goes up considerably in value before selling it. Many self-made billionaires have made fortunes using this business model and for this reason many people are going into real estate business without adequate knowledge. Unfortunately, at present in Lagos State, these schemes are often unregulated and there is little or no protection for you if something goes wrong.
You're right.
What about the Azuri towers
Hi Celestine, it's coming up soon.
how much is lands here for foreigners who wants to come update us .
Hi Michael, I'll make enquiries and revert back soon.
are you really a foreigner?
yea i will be in your country soon next year @@osaigbovoahunwan4909
If your don’t have enough money don’t ask for the price becos a white friend of mine told me per square meter goes for almost 7000-9000 dollars very expensive and the lands are all bought except for people reselling and you have to buy higher
Hi Michael, land is still available for sale in Eko Atlantic City. The average price point is between $1150 per sqm and $3000 per square, depending on the precise area.
Why is it taking so long to complete this city?
Money. Kudi. Owo. Ego
Where is the city? All I can see is a few buildings in the midst of a wasteland.
It looks lie wasteland as they have left it for so long and not maintained typical ways of Nigeria
These only buildings have be there for years.. Nothing have added
More projects are coming up soon. They're underway.
@@realestatewithsallywe are abroad please upload a video of the New buildings

Incidentally, the project is finished, but if you and other complainants like you can purchase lands there and develop them as putlined in its masterplan, then you can see the city you wish to see rise above the reclaimed land. Or are you insinuating that the government should be the one to build it too...Dey Play.
@@efemzyekun900 no please im from South Africa and in my country we get investors first before we start building a City , we get investors first before we even start developing the land so we not the same😐
Its a private project and most of the land had been sold out, even US bought a land there for their new embassy project @@ScissorN
@@ScissorNwhy are you in Nigeria business, mind you, all the lands have been sold, and reclamation is ongoing.
The project is taking too long
You're not wrong.
It's privately owned ..but heard he has partnered with lagos government..that's why there so much construction ongoing now..don't know for sure
Then go and invest😂 the way u people talk sometime
@@realestatewithsallygood evening, please precisely how long has this project taken?
Since 2015 it still not finished nigeria it a jokes
We interviewed the mgt regarding that. And the reason was an eye opener. We'll be posting the video soon.
We have so many illiterate graduates in Nigeria. Why don't you go and buy it and build it? We always think things work like magic for Africans. All African problems are facing the same called funding and investors, check out another similar project in Africa and you will notice they are all facing similar problems.
