When you include a BDC reticle with this model, the the reticle is correct at 7 x power. The BDC-3 reticle option is best for a 308 or 223 rifle. Being correct at 7x power allows the user to adjust the scope to suit different ammunition by changing the 7x power to 6-8 power for a correct BDC setting. It also allows the user to range distances by using the power setting.
@@valhallaoutfitter thanks for the fast reply, I’ve already got a meostar 2.5-15x56 RD 4c ret, and the illumination is very bright even in the day, I’m looking to get the scope in your review for another rifle with the same reticle but couldn’t find a review that mentioned the red dot brightness, I appreciate your response, I’ll order one now, and of course subscribe to your channel😀

@@markwebster9455 sure thing super bright. I’m super happy with the reticle particularly for an SFP where I am usually thinking, in terms of MPBR.
