Over 50years ago, in the 6th grade (PS121, Brooklyn), a girl gave me this recording. I enjoyed it all these years. I had no idea what the song was about until a friend translated it for me. He is Italy-born but he had trouble with the Neapolitan dialect. I plan to arrange if for my theater organ soon.
