I wish all adventist and Baptist would see this, I am not here to pick on anyone just that this scene solidifies my argument I've had for years and that Jesus has relieved us of the sabbath, to each his own tho.

Yes Jesus said specifically we are to keep the sabbath even during the end times.
Matthew 24:3
The Pharisees made the sabbath a burden to keep with their man made laws. That was jesus argument with them.
The sabbath may still be honored, nobody has taken that from anyone, however people have the choice now how they honor the sabbath. We are all technically partaking in Christ’s rest before his return, but also people can still do no work on Saturdays if they so choose. We are not however allowed to judge people based on their own conviction either way

YAHweh will tell us if plucking corn or grain, by hand, is work in his inspired scriptures.
Deuteronomy 23:25 says we can pluck with our hands but not to use a sickle.
"The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath" -- We abstain from work collectively so none fall out of competition while resting, none are forced to work by others etc.
So, it's less "how dare you use a sickle?!" more so what the sickle represents. The virtue ethic is "don't use humanity's rest day as an opportunity to get ahead of others, for it will erase that rest day".

the inspired scriptures prove the sickle taken to the stock/corn is work. YAHweh commanded mankind to do no work on the Sabbath. All who obey YAHweh will live, they who do not, shall perish -No exceptions
You carry a burden you do not know, counting the power of God's New Covenant by which you were sanctified a common thing in your heart. This is because you assume Jesus to be a smaller God to you of some sort, thinking that there's a certain higher power somewhere beside Him whose laws should not be broken. This is the main problem of all SDAs, that instead of reading the Bible they dump it and rather esteem the writings of Ellen White above the Bible. Repent, and fear God. Lest you burn in hellfire for falling from grace!
