This must've been an incredible show to see in person...but I can almost picture myself there thanks to the excellent recording, the video and audio are both top notch, kudos to whoever was somehow able to sit still for the entire set and record it for posterity! I also must ask if you know what device recorded this? If it's a cell then I need to get one.

D B You're so very welcome! Glad you enjoyed the video. It was undoubtedly the hardest thing I've ever done at any show, to stay as still as I did. I coulda done a little better at times but overall pretty happy with the video. I have a HTC 10 & it is fantastic for video & pics, especially at night. Highly recommend it's the best phone I ever had... I'll never go back to Samsung. When i start jamming out to music like this, my pre-smartphone oldskool instincts always make me wanna just daance my happy fuckin arse off! If I ever record something like this where I can't move around much physically then I'm sure I will be every bit as vocal as you were in this haha. Good stuff!! It's gonna be a great show, more intimate I think, yet still very much off the chain :)
pretty sure lets dance can not be remixed any harder than this... I was going to complain about the chick that would not STFU through the whole thing. After watching all of it a few times I am pretty sure I would have been that person had I been there. :)
Agreed. That's how you properly pay homage to such a highly regarded classic jam like 'Let's Dance'. Your retrospective thought was good form, given the fact that the chic you hear is me (& my friend). I know you can imagine how hard it was to try to stand still enough during this show, to get somewhat decent video, but there was no way I would've been capable (or willing) to stand by silently for the sake of everyone else. A selfish moment with no regrets whatsoever :)
thank you so much for posting, I am 37 and grew up in the 90's and early 2k scene.. seeing these 2 so many years later tear up a massive main stage set is so so great... with or without Monk I guess..
steve madden You're welcome, Steve, I'm so happy it takes you back to those awesome days as well. I'll be 40 in August &, as a homegrown Florida girl, they were the best part of my oldskool days. Definitely set the bar for other Artists back then & even nowadays. They were great at Ultra in March but this staging @EDC was on a whole 'nother level. It's a great thing to be able to share with others. Thanks again for watching & enjoying 😊
