Lmao 10K amps? No, i dont see a battery capable of outputting 10K amps for even a split second, 50KW is doable for sure but this setup 100% isnt anywhere near 10K amps.
It would have to be a 5V system to be 50k amps 😂
@@arcrides6841 i meant that 50kw peak power is possible but its VERY unpractical to push thousands of amps when you can just raise the voltage to get the same output with way less amps.

10000A is bullshit. 1000A probably. 10K A * 72v = 720 kW. You'll need 2x Tesla 100kwh battery to do that.

Agreed 10 000A is so bullshit number, You would like need some wierd Li-Po hooked up to some extreme capacitors to even sustain that for a second, looking at that little battery box I seriously doubt it has such a crazy setup there.

I'm interested in knowing what he's using for a relay a breaker a shunt and for the controller. And that Hub motor definitely is custom. I'm going to assume everything they are doing is custom. Because everything that he is doing with his scooter can be used in car audio as well and they don't have the stuff either at this power no way. The electric car electric scooter and electric car audio industry can use a lot of the power items.
Very true, I ran a washing machine hub motor from a pioneer amplifier using a hub motor spun by a drill that was from a hard drive as a wave form generator. I plugged it in to the low level imput. The amp didn't survive long because the impedance was bellow 2 ohms. Always match your electronics correctly or it will not end well.

He might be getting a 10000 amp discharge but that's probably for a millisecond. Because I don't see 10000amps worth of conductor. It's hard to see how many leads there are to the windings... but I'm taking a wild guess of 24 to 30 leads. They look like 4 or 6 gauge. There is no way he is putting 333 amps through each of those leads.
I can put 300A through 4ga. That looks more than capable for burst.

I love these scooters because they are big ass power supplies that I can run my whole studio on this damn scooter park on the corner of 8 mile and collect a bunch of people to bring back to the studio. Simply by just doing my thing on the corner it brings me a lot of clients.
@@joblessalex Other than music and audio installations I am also a robotic Weld specialist. And I have to deal with making up machines that weld efficiently for a long time. The risk with running your wires hot is that if it does cause a break in any of the braided strands you're going to cause then even more heat to another leg. It's going to Domino. He needs Weld cables. A nice braided shunt strap and that bitch would have never any issues. And it can be exposed or use a clear insulation and show off that beautiful braided copper that nobody else has on their scooter in the world. Run a leaf strap or a braid or even straight. I'm still waiting for guys with car audio to show off fancy wires in this fashion it's also a way higher reference for frequency range. There's a reason why it's called weld cable. It deals with extreme pulses and bursts of current so much that those 2" thick shunt straps will jump. I want to see straps inside of cars and these scooters and watch that puppy jump.

Sick build but a build breakdown of cost would be awesome, as supplier vs real cost is typically different.
Whats interesting is how with electric you don't need big motors to do the job but its easy now you can buy crate motors when before you had to actually have some knowledge and contacts lol

It's actually not bad for turning. The biggest problem is the frame being low and if you go sideways your frame rubbing and you slide out. With that tire the stability is awesome.

That is the wrong kind of retire I think. They need more of a drag racing rear tire that's really flat and then stands up as you go faster because the engine is solid to the rear suspension where all the way it is so you need that the Plex in the tire as it spins so you can hold traction.

absolutely mad....but the rear tyre is over inflated!

@@ElectricVehicleSpace if it is over inflated then the tyre will wear unevenly, wearing out the centre of the tyre more than the edges. You can see by the tyre that only the middle is wearing out so its over inflated and not getting as much grip as it could.

this are the numbers posted by the builder.
@100 km/h, if (machine+human)~220 kg, the kinetic energy reaches 0.5*220*(100/3.6)²~85 000 J~23.6 Wh... whereas 50 kW released during 1.7 s equates 23.6 Wh. It would mean that the engine work is fully transmitted to the ground (converted as a motorbike movement) and with a rear wheel like this...
