Tremendous to have the opportunity to listen to lectures like this. Brilliant man , exciting research and so wonderful that his interest in biochemistry is linked to a fascination with anthropology and human evolution ⭐️

Keto is better for everything. When I went keto/carnivore, I cured my hypertension and had to stop my hypertension medicines. Also, my seasonal allergies never appeared, so I stopped those meds. My chronic knee pain disappeared, and I lost 40 pounds.

Watch out for oxalates in keto diets (spinach, almonds, almond milk, etc.). Oxalates and uric acid both contribute to the problem. See Sally Norton's interviews and her book. Agree with jonmoceri, careful ketovore or carnivore is definitely worth trying, helped me and several friends and family members.

The Cronometer app is a great tracker. It has a keto option for macros and can track oxalates.
