If you bought the blueprint for the Twins, you need to have 2 regular Vipers to craft the actual thing. Regular Vipers are also via blueprints.... so.... buy Viper BP x2 > craft those > buy Twin Vipers BP x1 > craft that.
lvl30 supercharged. 5/5 multishot, 6/10 damage, 4/5 fire, 4/5 electrical, 5/5 freeze, 0/5 ap (just for crewmen headshot), 5/5 ammo max. i can still max damage at 10/10 but it'll cost like 200k credit or something ludicrous. this is against lvl 25 grineer though, vs lvl 40 grineer it's a bit less awesome, will take 2-3 headshots to kill one.
They're my go-to pistols/main weapons now. But I'm currently leveling my Ankyros and Grakata, so I try not to use the vipers, until Grakata runs out of ammo, or there's a boss or situation gets dicey. If there's a higher level alert like 40+ Grineer or 55+ Corpus/Infested, I just empty my Grakata asap (usually kill like 10 enemies with it) and get serious with the Vipers. Ammo becomes a concern at higher levels, but just barely.
