Can poly-core be put on with 3m vhb so it will be total screwless?
Yes but has to be 3m VHB commercial tape .
There is a reason they do it semi-screwless, low quality material will not hold at the seams, Only Legit .040 Aluminum will look right in a screwless model.
Wow looks like a Deep South trailer,hope the floor dosen't fall in and the siding come loose like the Deep South.

Cheap Georgia trailers.... GA trailer Mfg's have to change their names every few years do to quality issues

Polycore is made with plastic mixed with aluminum, never meant to be better, just cheaper and lighter. That's why .040 aluminum sheets last longer, look better and that's why you will never see them on trailers made in Georgia.

I visited Atlanta, biggest mistake of my life. Tried to enjoy olympic park and dealt with hagglers every 20ft. The city is a dump and 90% of the surounding area is ghetto.
Get in and get out, do what you have to early in the day and try to be out of town before 4pm. Otherwise you will have chosen death.

These trailers will look terrible in a few months. I have had mine for 3 months and the glue is already coming apart and the trailer looks like it has horizontal dents spanning the entire height of the trailer all the way down each side. They told me this was normal. Do not buy from these guys . It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company
Who is your sales rep? Have you contacted the warranty department at the manufacturer?

I bought a 2023 trailer from them last year roof already leaking and I live too far from them for any kind of warranty that they may have offered
Deep South are poly core to and they fall apart after you drive off the lot.
