hey i cant figure out how to set microphone, it doesnt work. i cant hear the other person and they cant hear me, we can both hear music doe, and i know my microphone works i tested it, so what should i do
what is the range for this, is it really as they advertise 1.2km in open area? Do you have to activate talk mode somehow or it always is ready for communications as you speak? Looking for something to use while trail riding with buddies.

hi i just bought this intercom. i tried to connect it to my insta 360x3. it's working but problem is pag dalawang intercom na ayaw magrecord ng insta 360 ko. any tips pls? we're gonna use this to record our roadtrip this coming saturday. we wanna record our conversation while our insta recording video as well. thanks in advance

Can you connect the bluetooth to your phone while it is also connected to the other intercomm?
Can you listen to music via Bluetooth from two different phones, one per helmet, and still communicate between each other?

Sadly, no. :( you can only listen to one person at a time, no music. You can listen to music but that would mean not being able to communicate with the other person since the intercom would be connected with the phone's bluetooth instead.

Have you experienced decrease in volume after initiating calls? I have this issue on the non-pro and consider upgrading up the PRO.
It's been 3 years since I bought my pair, and so far I haven't had any issues with both. 😄

Hello everyone! I'm facing an issue with my intercom system that I'd like to resolve, and I'm looking for some suggestions.
When using the intercom with my full-face helmet, I've noticed that the microphone distorts the sound during calls. I've tried adjusting the microphone position and sensitivity, but the problem persists.
Has anyone had a similar experience and found a solution? I've checked connections, tested with another helmet, and verified firmware updates, but I haven't been able to fix it yet.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it!
