Two best fullbacks backs, 3 quality centre backs, top 2 league best goalkeeper, bentancur and Bissouma in middle. Sarr and kula been amazing, Maddison is top drawer, richarlison on form, Son is son. If we don’t get top 4 it’s going to be extremely disappointing.
I genuinely believe he's already one of the best left backs in the world. Unbelievable on the ball and not looked out of place defending against some of the best players in the world. I liked the look of him at Udinese, but watching him week in week out for us has left no doubt he's on another level. I'm just worried about one of the money clubs coming in for him 😂
Will be tagged off 100m in upcoming years what a player this guy is,with Pedro porro both are fantastic but uddogie is more stronger defensive wise unlike porro who is a bigger threat whenever it comes to attacking, setpieces shooting passing both are gems,if only our wingers were as good as our full backs
That's the reason they are the best fullback this season. They are so different, but equally as good and balanced. I think I saw a stats once, where the stats where Udogie was not as good in Porro excelled in, and vice versa.
Son is world class. Werner is a solid backup for him now too. The right side is a little drier. Kulusevski works better through the middle. Brennan Johnson shows signs of brilliance but his end product is still quite poor. Once Johnson gets more experience he has the potential to be one of the best
He's only 20 but he's built like an athlete that is also talented at football. He's also extremely durable and hardly gets injured, as they say, the best quality is availability. I can see him becoming one of the best LB in a few years time.
Love the guy but he almost give an assist to Nketiah (he shot it into Vicario), and almost scored an own-goal against MU haha. He still has to develop, but it's natural, he's only 21 and he's been really solid throughout the season
who doesn't struggle against Mo Salah? Anytime Salah has had a quiet game its been because the winger and fullback double up with the CB being extra support covering them, Ange had Udogie defending salah 1 on 1.

Even as a Liverpool fan who hated that game because of the ref and VAR but you must’ve seen Salah going crazy for the first 10-15 minutes and you must’ve been stupidly happy when Udogie got a yellow early but after that yellow Salah was non existent. From a 19-20 year old in his first season in the prem. did exactly the same against Saka too. Struggled at first then pocketed him. Give credit where it’s due man
He's being wasted at left back, he's a right wing forward all day long for me. He takes players on, beats them with ease, he can do everything, cross, slip balls through and score goals.
Don't think he's being wasted at left back at all. In another system, sure you could make that argument. But the attacking play in a Postecoglou system is so reliant on the full backs and Udogie is doing that job absolutely perfectly.
Honestly we might see completely different games. When he's in the attacking third i barely ever see him taking on players and I literally NEVER saw him crossing the ball like Porro does, he sometimes tries chipping it in, but 9/10 he just keeps the ball and passes it to Son. If anything, attacking is what he needs to improve at
