Discovering Snowy White this year has been one of the greatest musical "finds" of my life. Like the other comment, how have I missed out on his music over all these years??...
I'm with ya. I just stumbled across him today on Spotify and spent an hour listening and thinking the same thing....how did I not know about this dude? The man has a lot of soul and a killer band.
Me and my girlfriend broke up 1.5 years ago. I was heartbroken and took a walk at night through the park where we always walked my dog. That's when I heard this song for the first time. The sky was clear and filled with stars.. This song touched my heart like no other song ever did. It was an inspiration for me to play slow blues. Since then its the way for me to clear my heart and find peace in a troublesome world. Snowy white, you're a hero to me. Thank you for your musical wonders ❤️
Fledgling lead guitarists take note! This was a masterclass in how so little can do so much if you have the right touch. He took the audience to heaven working the minor pentatonic scale hard at the twelfth fret. (E minor) Beautiful.
Amazing how addictive this song becomes to those who like it .. Like many of you guys I found this over 20 yrs ago looking for music to accompany my late evenings working in the office .. But its one of those that stops you working as you fall into its deep bluesy melodrama .. I have many favorites including his "Birds of Paradise" .. Both are in my top ten for listenable music anytime, any place .. Thank you Snowy White for your great moody bluesy music ..
imagine being at this show, i think maybe this is the best performance snowy white delivered for his fans together with bird of paradise. as a “beginner” guitarist i really look up to this man and hoping i can play some of his songs one day in my own way
This is a beautiful solo and one of the finest I've ever heard. Played from the heart and I'll bet if Snowy was asked to repeat it note-for-note, he couldn't. Built totally around Em pentatonic, it's a masterpiece of phrasing, dynamics and gut feel for the blues at that moment.

This man's talent and technique are just impressive. First saw him on Roger Waters 1990 The Wall, Snowy and Rock Di Fonzo made me want to learn to play, i can't play like either of them, but goddamn i love watching Snowy play, his picking is superb, and his vibrato... oh boy, amazing

Absolutely ❤️ Snowy White. Not enough recognition for his guitar work. So clean, smooth and articulate in his play.
