You should look into getting a dock and KVM Switch at home. That would charge your laptop, be more ergonomic and allow you to use that big screen and keyboard. The KVM allows you to switch input devices and peripherals on the fly.
i normally just plug in an additional hdmi to my monitor so i can connect it to my laptop, but you’re right i should consider getting a dock! would be nice to use my keyboard
@@dvyjessica Yeah a KVM switch would allow you to use your keyboard, screen and monitor seamlessly and allowing switching between both computers at the push of a button. I think LTT did a video on KVMs a while back if you'd like more info! Bob Wulff also show cased something similar in his desktop setup video.

I watched your typing video, and I think you could use a keyboard upgrade! They've gotten so amazing in the 50-100 range. If you don't want to buy one, I can almost guarantee you can find a brand to send you one for a quick video. Seek out any of these: Rainy75 (from WOBKEY), Leobog Hi75 or AULA F75/F87/F99 or Cidoo AMB066 or Cidoo V65/V75/V87 or Feker Galaxy80 (through Epomaker), S-K71 (from XVX) or AL66/AL71 (from Yunzii). Mongeek M-series (from Akko/Monsgeek) and Weikav Sugar65 and Record Alice may be options as well. There's so many that are night and day better than all the budget options of the past, and I think almost all that I've listed have done sponsorships or given out review units even for channels smaller than yours.
