"Herr Jesu Christ, du höchstes Gut" (Telemann Lieder-Buch

Same note as with #138a: above the notation, the title is given as "Herr Jesu Christ, du höchstes Gut." In the Register, there are two titles that begin this way ("Herr Jesu Christ, du höchstes Gut, du" and "Herr Jesu Christ, du höchstes Gut, von"), and I don't know which is the actual title of this tune.
I neglected to write down the registration I used, but I'm pretty sure it was 16', 8', and 4'.
