The problem with veigar ult is that it's not an ult that can apply malignance multiple times unlike champs like Brand, Ahri, Fiddle, Karthus, etc.

I quit league on december and I just play in pandemics, but nemesis videos are fun enough to watch and him not being a fucking clown that self graces with everything he does, and just plays really good
why is it a mistake that ryze doesnt build boots before roa, is it because he is facing veigar?
you want mobility early game, skipping mobility makes you not really play the game, you can't dodge veigar spells or move around the map as well
ryze is too immobile to not go boots early. the more spells you can dodge the better and veigars are real easy to dodge with just a little move speed

Why is everyone building shurelias now?
With all the mobility in the game, it's somewhat easy to not get caged.
With shurelya, first of all it's a safety against mobility. Second, mid to late when you're grouped, one shurelya with threat of cage often blow flashes, if not kills.
It also gives veigar an earlier powerspike.
It is very cheap, good stats and crazy mobility
