Hi, are you using the blue, failsafe wire of that AEM gauge? If so, where and how?
I have the same one, but I haven't yet connected the wire, I've only set the display to blink red when there are issues.
Think it's time to use it.
    Thanks!

Hi, no I'm still not using it. I have all my failsafe directly in the ECU. But yes, I should also use it in future. So no plan what and how to connect at the moment 😅

      OEM, carberry or aftermarket?

All good but your test only proves that wallbro pumps more fuel.. Your lean spot could be something else.. new pump could just be masking the issue.

This is a good point and also the reason why I'm running very low AFR to be on the safer side. But I also tested the injectors fuel flow before and it was all good so hopefully fuel pump was the only issue for the big lean out. My current problem is the limit of the injectors. The logs show me already over 100% injector duty cycle but with very low AFRs.

@@SubiCarLous So this might be your problem: maybe you were hitting 100% duty ciycle.. and it held the injector straight open like a graden hose, causing the pressure drop.. now with wallbro.. you have the same issue.. injector 100% open but since walbro flows more you see "an improvement".

@@SubiCarLous get a set of used wrx or sti injector (440cc/550cc),
Then do injector decapping mods to make it flow 750cc...
Also, adjustable fuel regulator might help as well with higher base fuel pressure, it will help deliver more fuel and same injector duty cycle... Which will help reduced some lean spot u were experiencing...

Yes, I will try the decapping mod. I allready bough some used 440cc light blue WRX inejctors so 👍

@@SubiCarLous fyi.. I'd never run any modified injectors.. you dont know what really is happening once you mod it. You dont know if one flows more and one flows less. Get a set of ID's and be safe and sure. ID's are flow matched to +/-2% if I remember correctly.

I using fuel pump of Walbro 255, I don'ts like sound of pump because it's making the noise sound very much when I compared with old pump from Nissan.

oem will not provide enough fuel result in lean afr = engine damage

What?! Walbro is an OEM fuel pump supplier, the 255 in particular is used in some american cars from the factory. His pump should last 250K km or longer.
