Hello, CZcams recommended the other top 100 and I enjoyed that one too.
I wanted to share some info so I have copied the comment I made from other channel below.
TL;DR Isegye Idol and Stellive are pretty much the favorites at the moment.
There are 2 big pillars of V-tuber that stands tall in Korean scene, Isegye Idol and StelLive.
Plave is considered more of an kpop idol rather than V-tuber.
Isegye Idol (Isekai Idol if said in Japanese) is a 6 member group (Ine, Jingburger, Lilpa, Gosegu, Jururu, Viichan).
Although they are a group, they work like a indie group rather than a company, meaning they own their own model, no expansion in mind, etc.
Consequently, they have very little to no RP at all.
The group was created by a streamer Woowakgood in 2021 with humble background.
Woowakgood basically was a film director, cameraman, lyricist, and financer for their first song Re:Wind.
Now they have 3 Singles and 2 OST + other original and cover works.
They have a team on their own backing them up and a large fan base with lots of experience.
Until recently the group mostly revolved around the large umbrella of Woowakgood.
Woowakgood has another RP group called Gomem (Korean for fixed members, viewers who RP in the metaverse the streamer created).
The difficulty you might face while digging through Isegye Idol is the sheer number of people, who are not all vtubers mind you, but viewers of the stream that has a lot of back story attached to them.
My hot take on the group. They have banger songs all over the place. I am especially fan of Ine.
It is truly unfortunate Ine is off the radar due to her concert scheduling.
But do consider reacting to her concert. It was amazing. One of the best I have seen so far.
StelLive has 10 members with gen 3 recently debuting.
The company was founded by a streamer called Gangji.
Fun back story, they started as a Japanese company called YumePercent.
The group did not do too hot so they reopened in Korea as StelLive with two from YumePercent redebuting as gen 1.
They wanted to remember their roots. That is why they have names that sound very Japanese.
They also have strong RP associated with their virtual model.

Gen 2 - Shirayuki Hina, Neneko Mashiro, Akane Lize, Arahashi Tabi

My hot take. They have a good to amazing singers in their group.
My favorite is Lize.
Eomong and Angbo are under the company called Meechu. They have a team on their own backing them up and a growing fan base.
Some other groups worth mention are AkaiV, FreeA, Honeyz, One Page, Skoshism, Psychord, Re:Revolution. There are of course more I could not fit in as well.
