It's an Alternate timeline Wattson, she's there because in her time line, Rev killed her (grand?)father, instead of Lobas parents. She used her friendship with Wraith to learn how to use portals, but in a "very not good way that ruined their friendship". The Mahjong piece is meant for Crypto. No idea what it means specifically, but "he would know what it meant" she also got Cryptos help to build those whip things she has. The reasons she is using Olympus is because she needed the technology inside the Science building (can't remember it's official name) and dialed something too far and teleported the whole map, by mistake. The storyline she will have in the next season is that she will be taking Cryptos attention off of Wattson, Wattson will be jelly, but Alter will be looking for Horizons help. But Wraith will also distract her a lot because she misses the friendship and feels guilty over what she did. And it will all lead to an incursion event where you realize I just made that all up.
Maybe this is hint telling us the tiles are like the nessies but in a different dimension, perhaps there are some scattered around the maps we need to find?

The Mahjong Tile used is the “white dragon” tile, and It symbolizes a “higher order of beings”
