If you have cleared USMLE, then things should be pretty straightforward. If not then you can keep trying. Else you could take up a remote job in a developing country.

@@VigiServeAcademy Yes I have cleared USMLE, ECFMG Certified, I am just getting rejection replies to my application due to lack of experience.
In that case, one suggestion will be to take up a job as a Medical Monitor and then switch to PHV
