    Much respke to Protoje, ah young artist who iz keeping roots reggae's message strong today, when it seems our legends (Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Culture, etc), there's been a major gap through time. It comes as Protoje says here through education of de people who have spoke out on de Babylon system, such as Walter Rodney', Marcus Garvey, etc. And keeping an walking inna faith with JAH JAH.....

    Yes I Protoje has that Roots. Very creative seen him live twice. Share the same Earth Strong as I Gem In Eye. Walter Rodney wonderful scholar his works were very profound. The Garvey book Oje was referring to is called Message To The People A Course in African Philosophy. Respect always +I Never Knew TV If you can need some more interviews with Samory I his Black Gold album is tuff.

      Dwayne D Give thanks for the support. " Black Gold" album is powerful, Rory did it again, authentic reggae vibrations with powerful lyrics that inform and uplift. We will try to get him again soon. Walter Rodney is def in my top 3 that helped in my evolution. Bless

      I NEVER KNEW TV Yes Black Gold is very powerful and infectious I listen to it non stop since it came out. Samory I is a reflection of the classic roots artists in a militant style. Walter Rodney was definitely a master teacher he died one day before I was born definitely feel his energy. Any Nuff Respect keep up the good works. Bless.

    Big up to I Never Knew Tv for another dope interview!! Great reasoning .
    I also wonder how more people can be introduced to the likes of Walter Rodney, Thomas Sankara and others who have made major contributions .

      @africarib Před 4 lety

      An interview on this channel of Jesse Royal mentioning Thomas Sankara sent me to research him. So many strong men who seemed to be for the people killed before they could really make a difference. And reading Walter rodney right now.

  • @sugerlipsxjamiewright4170

    if ya don't go hard go home that's what I think this my understanding anyway. Keep up the excellent example of quality music and lyrics
