Jenna you can do this!! Being “confused and lost” like you said, is honestly the BEST way to be when you’re young, and makes life so exciting when you don’t know what’s gonna happen next! After my college breakup, I lost myself for a while and thought I was gonna fall apart and had no purpose (I was kinda dramatic bc it was my first bf lol), but it honestly ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me 🩵 I traveled a bunch with my friends, made so many memories with tons of friends that I prob wouldn’t if I was tied to this dude, went to medical school lol, and now I’m a doctor in PA living my best life! 🙌 I learned so much with the experience and became stronger than I ever thought I could be!! You’re awesome and you’re gonna became amazing from this!

Yeah I definitely know what it’s like to be stuck in a routine with school and work. My friends kind of left me years ago and im struggling to find fun in anything anymore. I miss them of course. I'd say you're in the process of growing a new personality. Something bigger and more complicated than your favorite color, or a keychain with your name on it, or simple things like that. I dated someone, two years in high school and three out of school before the relationship ended. She said she didn’t love me anymore and did it in the middle of the mall. She was my fiance. It nearly destroyed me. Not to mention my grandfather (very close to him) passed away two months after the breakup. I dived into work and did nothing but that. Take time to heal and enjoy life and don’t miss out on opportunities that present themselves to you. You have a platform to open those doors of opportunity to you. Take time do things for yourself and with friends and family.

I had to learn to be independent, but the first thing I did was change up my apt and starting fresh. Trust me I’m 2 years post break up, an I learned you never truly heal but you get stronger.
