I have never done it when my child was a baby. Trust and believe CPS will be contacting her. They just didn’t state this on camera.

This happened to me as a baby. Luckily the man drove around the block and then told my mom not to leave kids in the car alone and left. She continued but didn't leave it on or the keys in it 😅
