As someone who's been playing Minecraft since early 2012, it's insanely cool to see just how far this game has come over the years and to watch it grow into the monumental game it is today. The latest caves & cliffs update is honestly incredible and has changed Minecraft forever, everything looks so incredibly epic now. It's awesome to be a part of such a cool piece of history. This video gave me so much happy nostalgia, thank you.

In 2018 i bought Minecraft from myself and after 2 years of survival, i finally killed my first ender dragon.
(Idk why did it took me 2 years, maybe because i was a noob)

In 2017, everything was so simple. I was a Xbox player beating people in the mini games, I was the best at my time. We got updates later than Java edition, those were the golden days.

When the creative mod menu wasn't organized by section and you had to scroll down and up to find it.
And the "uh" sounds when damaged.

I think minecraft is the only game that can let players fell every versions is a different game. This is because we are allowed to change to almost EVERY SINGLE versions in anytime, not like others game that only have one version or need some special way to play the old/beta versions
I remember in 2014 in my first i played this game that i found a 1 diamond in Minecraft it made me so happy because i had to dig down really deep and i don't know the rules it just made so glad to find a diamond so yeah it's kind a lots of fun since i was a kid.
I can't believe I played this game from Beta 1.0 to now, well that's such an amazing game I've played. That's so great how far Minecraft had come over.

Is the first version minecraft classic?
I first played Minecraft back in 2009 (classic version) and then came back in 1.17 update. Really, it has changed a lot! And it's so satisfying to watch our favourite game, no, not game, our favourite experience!
I remember playing Minecraft on Xbox 360 and on my old device in like 2013 so many good memories 😭
I started in 2020 and I thought the 1.16 update wasn’t an update yet and I thought a bastion was just the end of the nether lol
1.2.5 was and is the best version. Omg.. so much good memories from 2012.
Thank you so much for making this video. Is incredible to see not only a game, that we spent hours on, but a piece of history, we all wrote, we all lived and experienced with. Minecraft took place in a lot of different spaces, and combined with the community, we open new roads for the evolve of internet, youtubing, livestreaming etc.
From it's own perspective Minecraft has a perfect back-story, thanks to Markus Person and he's late night streaming ideas.
This video brought me happy feels of nostalgia, because if it wasnt Minecraft, i don't even know if i was gonna explore the PC & internet world, and keep it for all this year!

Started playing in 2011. The ender dragon still feels kinda new to me. I know the game is objectively better now but it lost it's charm for me after 1.13.
To this day I still play all of my minecraft games in either beta 1.2 (2011) or in 1.12 (2017). IDK man the game kinda has a different vibe now. Admittedly I haven't played much since 1.13.
I think a lot of old players can resonate with this, the old versions just feel more like minecraft to me. I'm sure new players see my game as a stripped down version. I see theirs like a mod.

I've been playing minecraft since 2018. And I got entertained by it so, It is my favorite video game now.
Out of all of them i've seen, the aquatic update was definitely my favorite! Well, maybe because it was the only update I experienced, (I joined in 2018) but that's besides the point! It was amazing to explore the oceans, shipwrecks, and buried treasures. It would be even cooler if they added sharks or more ocean animals though :)

After a while, the game started gaining popularity and soon caught my interest. Years later, 12 years to be exact, I now play both the Bedrock and the Java edition of this amazing game! Thanks to the developers for making a game us PC, Linux, Mac, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation and Mobile players can enjoy!!

Then I asked my mom to buy me PE and I started with 0.6.0. I remember buckets being a big thing introduced back at 0.7.0.

yes it was included in 1.9 bedrock edition because frostburn und exploration update came out in 2016 and 1.9 in early 2017

Every single update alawwya took one piece of opd minecraft out, i started playing in 1.16 and i remember finding large exposed ravines that went in a line, but then 1.17 came along and deleted that little feature i loved
