Well.. if the opposition can force their lgbt religion onto our kids then Christians can freely choose to display their beliefs as well.

We must study to show ourselves approved to God (1 Timothy 2:15):
Anyone who first turns to God through Jesus is like a babe (Hebrews 5:13). We must come to Him as we are. The only way a babe can grow in God is by reading with the Holy Spirit, praying, and doing everything Jesus has said about God the Father and himself. Jesus has told the entire world what eternal life is: it is to know both him and the Father (John 17:3). Who can know the mind of God [the Father] unless God himself reveals it to him; even Jesus doesn’t know all of the things of God the Father until it is revealed to him (Mark 13:32, Matthew 24:36).
As we read God’s word, He will reveal more and more of His truth to us. As God has said through Jesus, for whosoever has to him shall be given, and he shall have more in abundance: but whosoever has not from him shall be taken away even that he has (Matthew 13:12). Those who listen and do the words of Jesus will know God, for all that Jesus said is from God the Father (John 12:49-50).
Happy to see the commandments back in the classroom in my state. So, most of the ten commandments are ingrained in the secular law anyway and are the basic laws of most religions and country’s. So, where’s the beef? Oh yeah, the atheists. So I guess they think they’re not bound by those laws? If they live in my state they are. If the issue is the language, put them in modern English the context of the law doesn’t change.

What version of the 10 Commandments? There are other ones than Catholic one.

Firstly show me where in Exodus the 10 Commandments are numbered - don’t use Bible verses because those are a medieval invention to make reading the Catholic Bible easier and didn’t exist when the OT scrolls were written.
Even after the Babylonian captivity the OT scrolls weren’t divided into verses but sections - very different from what your Bible has.
Secondly go read Exodus and tell me how many commands are written in the verses of the decalogue including all the ‘thou shalls’, ‘thou shall nots’ and other commands that don’t start with them (here’s a hint there are 13) so do quote where it says how they are meant to be grouped to make the 10 commandments and what ones are ok to group together and what ones aren’t.
Secondly you do realise “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.” (Exodus 20:4-6 KJV)
logically comes under “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” (Exodus 20:3 KJV)
It is technically anti-constitutional to do so.
But also, the constitution itself is based upon Judeo-Christian values, as well as the general laws enforced in the West.
The governor may have been too hasty in this decision because the suers have the law on their side. Nothing short of a miracle will save this new law from being abolished.
There is no separation of church and state in the Constitution. Read it. It gives you freedom to worship whatever you want.

@seanmcelroy9774 it is by being religious favoritism. Which is one of the most dangerous forms of populous control. If not the most dangerous. There's plenty examples towards the East displaying why. And examples in history, which we don't want to repeat. That's why the government needs to be apart from religion, because of some bad actors that can cause great catastrophes.
This kind of initiative needs to come from the church/community, not from inside the government.
A whole another discussion would be if the US was, in formality, a Christian country, which is where (I think) the changes should begin with.
