Just a quick video showing how the American Autowire (AAW) double crimpers work and how they’re a vital tool if you’re installing an AAW classic wiring kit on you classic car. I to have and use the double (coppar and insulator at same time) crimper ratchet one, but will do my first AAW kit and wonder if I need to buy both when I already have de ratcheting one for single cabel ends?

The ratcheting ones should be good for the singles. The double wire crimpers are extremely helpful. Can you crimp the double without them? Yeah, but you spend twice the time doing it. So I would just get the doubles and the ratcheting crimper you already have should work fine for the singles
