Engineer and IFV, a combo truly worthy of Ricardo.
Find any unit that does the same... Except for fking Yuri who steals my IFV. As an Allied Main I don't expect all the glory. But I do expect my team to keep me alive because if they don't, all their support will go away as well. This extends further to Red Alert 3. Cryocopters are a victory condtion.
There's something oddly endearing about the Allied Engineer's perky, upbeat & wholesome voice lines combined with dancing Ricardo that keeps me coming back to that part over and over.

It's different from regular explosives. The chain reaction is actually a very delicate process and doesn't just work by shooting at it with explosives. Not to mention lasers.
The best way to disarm most nukes is actually to blow it up with another bomb
Blowing it up like this would at worst just spread a lot of radioactive material over the area.

The USA is mostly composed of the Allies in the Red Alert series, an allied montage has been created coincidentally on the 4th of July, also the US' Independence Day...
Fun fact : out of all 3 red alert, ra3 is the most allied as their units are from all over the world, unlike the other inatallment which only says allied in the name but almost all of the units are american

Game mechanic fun fact: When you use the Particle Cannon Generals Power in C&C Generals, the Particle Cannon Beam isn’t actually a weapon entity, but rather it’s a unit entity with invulnerability turned on, no health bar, no collision, and timed invisible explosions. Everything else(the actual beam animation) is just effects for the unit, which is why you can command the beam to move around as if it were a unit.
It’s basically just an invulnerable and invisible ghost terrorist unit that continuously explodes with a laser beam effect cast onto its position.
