He cut taxes for the ultra-wealthy ONLY, cut taxes for all corporations that do business in the U.S., many of the largest, such as Amazon, DowDuPont, Prudential Financial, John Deere, Chevron, Duke Energy, AECOM, Netflix, Starbucks, IBM, Delta , etc. which pay no taxes at all by exercising loopholes. 91 corporations out of the Fortune 500 paid 0 federal income tax for the 2018 tax year, following the 2017 tax cut for corporations. Amazon didn't pay any federal taxes during the Trump administration years, and yet they are one of the largest corporations in the U.S. and the world. Yes, it is Draining the Swamp, as the Trump administration adds $9 billion of debt to an allegedly booming U.S. economy (boom economies are when you are supposed to pay the debts back). It is classic Trump business practice, as Donald Trump's entire business history is one of over-leveraged finance. Donald Trump will leave America looking like his havoc on Atlantic City, a municipality which had to be taken over by NJ state government under a Republican governor, Chris Christie.
