their is no proper conditioning tbh, first few years of your child are in your hands, but after 6-7 years of age they start meeting new people and your influence on them becomes less and less, your start losing control as I have seen most of the parents want their children to do something and back up by "ye tumhare bhale ke liye hai" and maybe he or she doesn't want that type of bhala, treat your children like friends like real friends not just showing but really if you want to know whether you and your child shares a good loving bond, one indication would be if he or she can shares you everything what is happening in their life. You want to be a good parent, ask yourself when I was a child what difficulties I faced while sharing this incident or any mistake you made and faced problems opening up about that to your parents and what was the reason behind that, may be your father was really rude or he was violent.. etc. then simply don't be like that. Ask yourself what my children can't share with me and how to become that kind of parent that your children would love. thanks for reading

There are two types of science, first one is materialistic science that means which leads us to gross world of mind(name, fame, money, happy, unhappy, success, failure, birth and death etc) and in other side spiritual science which leads us to subtle world which is beyond our thoughts process which is absolute rest state of mind which is attained when our gross breath become convert into subtle breath by regular practice of pranayam under the guidance of a proper spiritual teacher(guru). Which is the sole aim of life.

According to our ancient science Maharshi kanad who was the first scientist of molecular science who invented the third state of mind which is absolute rest state of mind which is called samadhi which is thoughtless condition. According his analysis when our brain's molecules become accumulated we sleep which is sub conscious state of mind and when our brain's molecules become separated we become awaken and perform our daily life activities which is conscious state of mind but the third condition of mind is samadhi which is attained when our brain's molecules become fracted by regular practice of pranayam under the guidance of a proper spiritual master.
