A short story I envisioned to this song Ezekiel sank further down into the waters. On the brink of death and deafeated. He has lost. As the breath left him for his final time he heard whispers and murmurings. “Get up Ezekiel. Fight. Do not lose us”. Suspended in water he remembered all those who fell before him. With him. By him. Why he walked this path of bloodshed and alienation. To protect those who clouds not protect themselves. “Rise Ezekiel and show them who you are” the words of his friend Trenn, now gone. A dark flame burned within him a new conviction. Ezekial sprang forty from the waters. And in his surroundings stood the men who tried to kill him. “TAKE HIM DOWNNN” the ring leader yelled. And from there ezekial knew what he must do for he may have been out numbered, out matched but he was not at All out determined. Not even in the slightest.
Does anyone know what the lyrics are I'm having a hard time understanding most of it but I'd love to know, love this band and this song has such an amazing feel to it

It's definitely post-metal; see ISIS (e.g. Weight), Russian Circles, Red Sparrowes and Pelican (e.g. Mammoth/Pink Mammoth) for similar stuff. They really seem to have gone from post-rock to post-metal on this album and they've absolutely brought it!
Caspian is seriously one of the best post-rock bands out there
