I had a great experience on this Coach to Birmingham. I enjoyed free WiFi on board and I could watch more than 1500 movies, videos, TV stations, music, etc. It was just unbelievable through out my 3 hours journey to Birmingham. I wish to try it again
The Driver Is Funny 😂
The Birmingham Coach Station seems different to when I went there by Coach in 2004. It was called Digbeth Coach Station and was like derelict building.
The old bus station in Brum was grim,all nice and shiny,clean and new now!! 👍

Agree. I totally take bus rather than train. Cheap fares. London road is unpredictable plus cost more if driving by car.

I've not done many trips on National Express but decided to book a trip to Newport south Wales and coming back to London from Bristol. The fares were really excellent booked early. Looking forward to it .

There was a crack on the coaches wind shield.
Iv never travelled. I plan to travel to london quite alot bit to different areas. The city being quite big and unfamiliar to me so im not sure. Is there any app which can tell me the nearest coach station to a particular destination. Also for tubes in london is the oyster card mandatory. If not is it paid through card online

William Lavelle yes I was viciously assaulted and racially abused by the bus driver and then the station security guard joined in ... I phoned the greater Manchester police who fabricated the whole incident despite having many witnesses . I involved my local MP Marsha Singh and the GMP and the national express company refused to address the issues . I was left in Manchester at mid night and I am a disabled person
