Pre/post 2006 पेंसनरों की भी विसंगतियां हैं। लेकिन सरकार OMJC के सुझाव के बाद भी कोई सुधार नहीं कर रही है। यह मुद्दा जरूरी है। अफसरों को तो OROP का हक न होते हुये भी पूरा फायदा ले रहें हैं। झेल रहें हैं जवान व जेसीओ जिनको उनको उनका ही सभी OROP का हक नहीं मिल पा रहा है।

Clearing anomalies right from bottom to top is most important, then only it can be called OROP. Pre and post in implemented table for MACP, x pay cannot be justified.
