Riley played stellar on his own. Itâs too bad he hasnât had any luck lately with partners and teammates that fit well with him.
Iâm so sad about Connorâs serves!! Itâs really not fair to his team that this happened

Fantastic playing. Subpar performance by PPA/MLP on production values. Fail for the day. Hopefully, it will be better tomorrow. And can the commentators STOP talking when the ref calls the score... I'm here for the players, not to listen to basically nothing. Michelle, stop talking while the ref is telling us something.

Yeah Garnett definitely injured his wrist. Limited bending is keeping the paddle face too open and hence ball going out.

They've done a horrible job with the scoreboard. Most of the time it is incorrect. The commentators half the time had the score incorrect. What a joke for a "Pro" tournament.

What's up with the echo
Simply put you get the referee audio into the mic for the broadcast, but then you also hear the referee announcement from the on-court mic.
@@BlGSac Shouldn't the on-court mic system be relatively instant with what is being spoken into it? The echo is like a whole second of delay.
Anyway, hearing the pickleball shots being echoed too.

What on earth was up with Connor in that menâs doubles game? Never seen him play so poorly, itâs like he was drunk. All the missed serves.. is he trying something new or just has the yips? Just get the ball in play man, especially in rally scoring. Bizarre.
That was weird. He missed tons of serves a couple weeks ago in a mixed match.
This isn't the first time he's had the service yips. This is the worst case I've seen at the pro level. It's as bad as some of the 3.0's I play rec with.
He made a change to his serve a few weeks ago. But now itâs probably a mix of new technique and lack of confidence.

He has the yips most likely. Ive played for over a year, and my serve was the best part of my game (legit never had faults and had lots of pace and topspin coming from tennis).
Happened out of nowhereâŠwent to play and for the life of me couldnt get the ball in on my serves. Tried dumbing down my serve as much as i could to âjust get it inâ but legit nothing worked. I had literally no control of where the ball would go. The ball would fly out to the left/right/straight of the court by 10 feet, hit bottom of net, etc. it was causing me so much anxiety and all the usual people i would play with were so confused as to why i couldnt get my serve in, especially when every other part of my game was unchanged.
I started implementing a small âroutineâ in before my serve. Iâd bounce the ball like 3 times, take a deep breath, and then sway back and sway forward into my serve and i started to notice it getting better and i could control it again slowly but surely. After doing that for about a week, the yips disappeared and i dont have to do the routine or anything anymore. Back to hitting my usual hard, topsin serve with no issues in the slightest.
Hard thing to describe to other people unless its happened to you. I can best describe it as a feeling of tightness in your whole arm and shoulder mixed with severe anxiety right before the serve. In my head i would just keep thinking about how it felt impossible for me to aim the ball where i needed it to go, no matter how hard i tried to relax. It sucked lol
Texas Rancher points are wrong at the beginning of this game they should be 8 points and sliders 4. score keepers please pay attention!
Connor's serve is gonna make him the Chuck Knoblauch of pickleball. We're gonna see him drop serving next time. Then we won't see him at all.

I was going to watch this match but will not listen to a voice that would peel paint - especially when there is no insight behind it. Come on, MLP. This is not the way to build viewership.
