I knew this would probably be very helpful to people with ED. I have a slight issue with food, but it does not really qualify as ED. And it does help me a little bit tbh. To find the joy in food.

The Mac-&-Cheese Balls are easy to make & even easier with leftover Mac-&-Cheese. While warm, form mac-&-cheese into a firm golfsized ball. In 3 seperate bowls have 2-3 whisked eggs in 1st bowl, 2nd for shredded cheddar cheese, and 3rd bowl for panko bread crumbs. Roll mac-&-cheese balls in the egg, then cheese, egg again & then the panko crumbs. Set on a plate or tray. Fry in half filled heated oil or fully immerse & deep fry for about 5-minutes. Season with all purpose spice and enjoy!

Btw... If u wanna know... It's easy to make mac and cheese balls... Just make some mac and cheese... Freeze it for 2-3 hrs or until u can scoop them and make them into circular shape and then coat them in egg and panko/bread crumbs and fry... I never made them lol.. I just know
