Get a Peloton, you won’t regret it! I have never exercised, I just can’t find the motivation and trying to fit in going to the gym around 2 kids and a dog just wasn’t happening! Now I’ve got a Peloton and I have never been happier to exercise! I get my cardio on the bike, even if I just do a 20 minute class I feel so much better and then I do a 20 minute strength workout on the tv. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I actually look forward to exercising and I don’t need to leave the house! x
Omg you HAVE to try 1Rebel. In particular their spin at Victoria as the set up is incredible. Like therapy, clubbing and spinning in one hit. Nothing beats it in London and I’ve tried a fair few places!

Hey Sarah I’m so sorry to hear that you’re struggling with anxiety again.
I struggle with anxiety and depression with my businesses and with my career also so I know exactly how you feel, the one thing you need to remember is that if there’s nothing you can do about it then don’t worry about it literally I live through that motto so much in my life and it makes me feel better. I know it’s easier said than done, but whenever you feel anxious try and think of something that makes you happy remember to also breathe and try not to worry about it. Remember if you can’t do anything about it don’t worry about it, all the best xx
