- And thus, one of my favorite fan games comes to a close. I know this took a while (if mostly due to unexpected issues in my end), and I apologize again for not being able to get these up sooner. For what it's worth however - especially in terms of the editing-hell that had to go into making this particular part - this is easily one of the most enjoyable games I've featured on my channel. It ranks right up there with Rokko-Chan and Mega Man Rock Force in terms of design and fun gameplay. If you have some free-time and want to a play a great, but somewhat different Mega Man styled fan-game, then I highly recommend checking it out.
Up next is the final game from my 1K Subscriber vote (which feels like a while ago, now that I look back on it). In either case, it seems I'll be unintentionally continuing the tradition from last year - via celebrating Halloween with a sub-par fan game. - Hry

That looked pretty neat, and definitely seemed like a more appropriate final battle than what the original Mega Man 3 threw at you.
I would love to have been able to give Metal Man the final hit on Wily during this (he IS Wily's first robot, after all), but seeing how awesome this fight was, I can't really be upset.
Playable robot monsters. Yummy!, and MM holograms acting like RMs, nice to see all the ideas here.

Lol at Dr.Wahwee's theme becoming progressively deeper and better as his fight goes on, it's almost as if it's telling his story in a way that cannot be described with words, also that should stop Dr.Light from trying to help Dr.Wahweeh giant super destructive "Peace Keeping Robots"
Man Dr.Light I swear, no wonder Dr.Wahweeh's creation is basically the hero in the future, while you are much to blame for the whole Reploid thing

Excellent choices in music. Was surprised/impressed on the Woodman music selection. Was kind of hoping for a different Flashman remix (I would have used Ryu's theme from Street Fighter X Megaman, but that's personal opinion) but I can't complain. Although, anythingwith Flashman in thisgame seems like a bit of a pain.
I was also going to ask about the Wily Saucer and it's uses, but that seemed to be answered here. Seems broken for what it can do.
Overall, awesome playthough! Looking forward to the next one.

Where did you get the slowed down boss theme for the Wily Saucer? It's amazing!
That theme is a part of RushJet1's Mega Man 3 remake album (you can find and download it on bandcamp). The song itself was originally used for the Wily Machine in the pre-final stage, but when putting in the custom music for this playthrough, I felt it was more fitting for the final part of the Gamma fight.

Why are quick man and metal man the most useful robot masters in that game?
It isn't complicated, really; their abilities as designed (Quick Man is fast and has a high jump, Metal Man can shoot in all directions) happen to be really versatile and effective. There's a reason one is considered the hardest fight in the original, and the other is considered to have the best weapon. Even though they've been nerfed, it makes perfect sense that they'd be the go-to characters.
