    When it comes to physical abilities, boxers must prioritize the following categories:
    1. Endurance
    2. Strength/Power
    3. Speed
    4. Coordination (Balance and Flexibility)
    Today's video focuses on enhancing strength through plyometric exercises. This approach involves executing short bursts of explosive power to cultivate muscle strength. We will demonstrate exercises such as explosive punching with a barbell, battle ropes, med ball toss combined with sprints, and sled pushes.
    To attain success, it is essential to incorporate all four elements - endurance, power, speed, and coordination - into your weekly training program. Depending on the stage of your yearly training plan, whether general preparation, specific preparation, competition period, or transition period, you can adjust the intensity and duration of these power workouts accordingly.
