Hello Guys, I'm from Brazil and the games that I would put in the list are: 1 - Donkey Kong Country 2; 2 - International Superstar Soccer Deluxe; 3 - Side Pocket; 4 - NBA Jam Tournament Edition; 5 - Wild Guns; 6 Top Gear 1; Just to make an observation, this game made a lot of success here in Brazil because its speed, great songs and many players here love this game until today. 7 - TMNT Turtles in Time; 8 - Nigel Mansell's World Championship Racing; 9 - Choplifter 3; 10 - Mickey Mania. And of course I play other games that aren't in this list as: An American Tail Fievel Goes West, Ardy Light Foot, Super Punch-Out I play until today to finish again and again this game, but if I don't play it for 6 months or more my reflexes will take a little time to recover the speed they had before. That's it, you made a good selection of the SNES games thank you.
I used to play top gear 2 at my friend's house all the time when I was little. Been looking for it for 15+ years never could figure out the name of it till now thanks guys
Born in 86’ though I have played the Atari and NES (both of my older brothers) the SNES was definitely my console. It was even more fun when they added ZSNES; an emulator that you can play with others online.
Pretty solid list. I always liked the first top gear best but after seeing this will need to revisit the sequel again. Really enjoying this series. Keep it up. My vote is for Sega Genesis next.
The Top Gear series was great, I really liked top gear 2 with the cool upgrades....Top Gear 3000 was great too....with some different other tweaks here and there and the futuristic aspects were cool....different tracks on different planets, you had weapons, armor, turbo booster jets and on....IMO the whole trilogy was great, I had to track down a few of the other games you have on this list and try them out myself.....Your list is really well done! The SNES really was a great system.......I think we had like 17 games total and our small town had several, heavily loaded rental stores, they were mostly video games and all stocked up, and each rental place was trying to out do the others....So there was a huge amount to choose from and different stores had huge selections of their own...., and the rentals were like 5 full days in between the day you picked it up (for usually something like $1.99-$5.99 depending on the system, the game and how new the release was) and the day you returned the rental which you usually had to return it by like 6PM so I played quite a few SNES even though my set of games was limited....My SEGA set up was even less, so I really relied on rentals....I have been going back and doing a lot of retro gaming since the Wii shop and then the mini consoles and everything just really got me interested and videos like this give me ideas for games to try out and add to my now growing retro collection....Most games coming out on the new systems just seem to be very not interesting and usually they aren't even finished when they are released....Are buggy and glitchy require internet, purchasing DLC etc.....So revisiting SNES and other retro systems are so fun....keep up the good work with the videos!
The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse. I was at blockbuster and everything I wanted was out, so I picked one of the only games left… I’m not even a Mickey fan but this game is badass and was one of my best surprises for the snes.
1. Spider-Man and X-Men 2. Beavis and Butthead 3. DOOM 4. Fatal fury Special 5. Mortal Kombat 2 6. Street Fighter 2 Turbo 7. Art of Fighting 8. T-2 ARCADE 9. Super Ghouls and Ghosts 10. Donkey Kong Country 2 These are the top 10 I own so far on SNES... 🎚🔊🎵🕹🤘🏻🤩📺🕹🤯🎧🎛🔉🎶
You have to play Chrono Trigger!!! It's number one for the SNES, in my opinion. I love that Contra and Castlevania were on your list. Those are fantastic games. Mega Man X! Forget the sequels to it- the first X was amazing!!! It was a perfect transition from the NES Mega Man to the SNES version of Mega Man. Donkey Kong Country! Nuff said! It was next level visuals, sound, and gameplay when it came out.
Just started watching you guys recently… and I gotta say… your list is amazing and right when you mention top gear 2…. Literally brought back memories of when I used to play this with my older brother…. The very first racing game I ever play with a phenomenal and underrated soundtrack
NHL 97 ..... Still the best ice hockey game around and certainly the best on a Nintendo system. Have it set up in my spare room and plug away at my season
awesome picks, these are all games I still play from time to time. These days, a friend and I started a 2 players game on Koei's 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms III' and I was surprised how fun it still is and it plays fantastic!
We have a pretty similar taste in games. Try Firepower 2000 and King of Dragons. Map shield to a shoulder button. Both 2 player games that are very sick. Worth trying underrated games: Metal Marines Lufia 2 Blackthorne Tetris Attack
Sweet list boys, some of the games you've been playing across different consoles got me to replay some ancient relics of my childhood and damn... Still so much fun! You tend to relegate some of the old school games as "too old" but as soon as I fired up Sunset Riders after watching this video I couldn't stop grinning like a crazy person! Nice to see the channel getting some traction lately too, well overdue! Now to pour myself a beer "cos I care to, Cheers!

PlayStation 3 has my vote for the next video. Started collecting for it again over the past couple years. It has some really good games and I would be curious what you guys would be playing right now. Took your advice from an old video and bought Blur and that is a great racing game.
Hay guys SNES has lots fun games. I'm still playing. One of my favorite games is (Tetris 2) I just also got the SNES game cartridge with Tetris 1 and Dr Mario on it. Love classic NES games too.
I like a lot of action games like Contra games too. Do you remember them crazy codes for original Contra and super Contra. For contra it's (up up down down left right left right b a start) for the 30 lives I believe. For a Super Contra aka(Super C) it was (right left down up a b start)for 10 lives. Still got a lot of Nintendo power magazines not all but wish I did. I even got boxes to almost all my games plus my game systems boxes from my NES, SNES,N64. Had a room above our garage where me and my younger brother had a game room back in the late '80s and early '90s and my mom is a very creative person and she took all of our game boxes in game system boxes and mounded them a real cool patterns in that room, it was so damn cool having that.
Not big fans of RPGs eh? I was about to write off this list when Sunset Riders came up. Damn that game was mad fun, still looks and sounds great to this day.
Tmnt - Turtles in Time is a must. My kids and I are playing this one all the time. Easy to pick up and play. A Street Fighter game should be on the list though.
First off thanks so much for the dono! We appreciate that so much! Glad we can help you towards that direction! SNES has so many bangers you can pick to play! Cheers!
I loved the snes, I was 13 when the console wars started with sega and being a sega kids first starting on the sms then upgrading to the mega drive was incredible. the MD game that changed everything was sonic 1 with graphics and sound that was unlike anything you had played at home.. I didn't have that feeling again until streetfighter 2 and castlevania 4 on the snes.
Great video lads keep them coming! Played some of these back in the day, was limited to whatever I got for Christmas and birthdays though, as where the majority of us in those times. Going to start collecting a few games again for the SNES, I'm currently sorting my Megadrive (Genesis) collection which luckily isn't that much I'm after, another 20 to go with 25 in the bag already. With the prices as they are I doubt I'll be going for as many games on the SNES though, they are pricey. Looking forward to the next list, cheers 👌
Thanks for this video 🙂It made me revisit Sunset Riders and Super Smash TV last night. Today, I got to play these 2player co-op with my brother (we don't get to do that much) and he enjoyed these too. Our new favourite SNES game is RHI Roller Hockey 95 though. You'll need a flash cart or emulator for that (it got cancelled before release). We used to play hockey, played a lot of NHL games over the years and this is honestly a better alternative to the EA 16-bit NHL games for 2 player head-to-head.
I find all Contra games to be way easier on me and I think Robert too playing on a smaller screen. I can't explain it but I go into a trance like state where I can see all bullets. Same thing with space shit shooters. 13 - 20 inch CRT really helps.
One hand held system I found about 3 to 5 years called RETRO DUO Portable aka(RDP) is what I like to play Tetris 2 and others on. But action games like Contra 3 play on TV!!!
Man I really like Castlevania Bloodlines on the Genesis too. Yes Super Castlevania IV is the better game. But something about Bloodlines art style and graphics makes it more desirable to play
Just picked up a copy of Super Smash Tv loose for 25 euro in my local CEX store after your recommendation, its really fun and I really like it, fair play lads good choice 👍 no Contra here though there's Probotector though, reskinned game with robots don't know if it would be as good
Took a long time before I got my hands on a Super NES so I don't have a crazy list of games I know and love. But eventually I bought Super Metroid and Mortal Kombat 2 and those became as essential as food and water lol. I still play both to this day and have a blast. 💗
If you guys love Smash TV then you guys REALLY should try Xeno Crisis. It's a brand new game that came out not long ago that is very similar & TONS of fun! Has an incredible soundtrack too!
Did you guys give Trials of Mana a try on the Collection of Mana on Switch? Fantastic co-op game, I just wish it had online capabilities as well as far as that's concerned. I love the aspects of picking between all the different characters, seeing how their storylines intersect, and figuring out which items I want to get for the classes I want to go. The art and animations for all the sprites are *fantastic*, and the music is superb. Personally, I can't get enough of playing Kevin, the beastman. Playing as him at night when he transforms is so much fun, and the live action nature of the game makes his playstyle really brawly. Turning him into an ultra badass as the game progresses is so much fun, and the storyline is actually pretty enjoyable. If this had come to the US on the SNES instead of staying trapped on the Super Famicom, I think a fair number of people would have held it in high esteem, among some of the best games on the system.
I was born in 2003, and my first experience with video games was Super Mario World. This console means a lot to me and I'm sure it does for many others as well.😁

10. Tetris/Dr. Mario
Been dipping our toe in Ninja Warriors. Gotta spend some more time with it. Cheers!
Always throw in nba jam tournament edition when someone comes over to play games. Quick, fun game that makes me want to play over and over especially when I lose lol
Man the older we get the more we appreciate the pick up and play stuff. "F" these 300 hour RPG's lol
Here’s what I play:
10: Super Punchout
9: Final Fantasy 3
8: Mario RPG
7: F-Zero
6: Super Mario World
5: Super Metroid
4: Donkey Kong Country
3: Mario Paint
2: Link to the Past
1: EarthBound
EarthBound is easily my favorite game of all time, standing together with Mother 3.
But still, really good list guys.
Great list yourself! We dont play rpgs anymore dur go time but some all timers here! Cheers!
Hello Guys, I'm from Brazil and the games that I would put in the list are:
1 - Donkey Kong Country 2;
2 - International Superstar Soccer Deluxe;
3 - Side Pocket;
4 - NBA Jam Tournament Edition;
5 - Wild Guns;
6 Top Gear 1;
Just to make an observation, this game made a lot of success here in Brazil because its speed, great songs and many players here love this game until today.
7 - TMNT Turtles in Time;
8 - Nigel Mansell's World Championship Racing;
9 - Choplifter 3;
10 - Mickey Mania.
Glad you enjoyed the list! Lots of games on your list are some of our all time favorite games that we just havent played in 2022! Cheers!
@@GamingOffTheGrid Cheers for you too, SNES games are amazing and even today they can make us play them again.
I used to play top gear 2 at my friend's house all the time when I was little. Been looking for it for 15+ years never could figure out the name of it till now thanks guys
Hope you find it! So addicting! Cheers!
Born in 86’ though I have played the Atari and NES (both of my older brothers) the SNES was definitely my console.
It was even more fun when they added ZSNES; an emulator that you can play with others online.
SNES is a powerhouse! Its definitely one of the best consoles all time! Cheers!
Pretty solid list. I always liked the first top gear best but after seeing this will need to revisit the sequel again. Really enjoying this series. Keep it up. My vote is for Sega Genesis next.
It's on the short list. I think we're going to jump to Gen 7 quick for 1 console then back to the ol' Genesis. So.......a month or less :)
#1 for me = The Legend of Zelda: A Link to The Past
All those OG Zelda games are THE best.
I love the Zelda Series! Just dont have time for rpgs anymore with the channel and working full time! Cheers!
Those were such amazing times! I got to rent 1 game or wwe tape every Friday! Glad you enjoy the videos! Cheers!
Grew up on Final Fight and it’s definitely The Godfather of beat ‘em ups. Not the first by any stretch but it catapulted the genre into the fore.
Its definitely a hammer! We have really grown to love it since we started dabbling! Cheers!
The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse. I was at blockbuster and everything I wanted was out, so I picked one of the only games left… I’m not even a Mickey fan but this game is badass and was one of my best surprises for the snes.
We will have to check that game out! Heard of it but never played! Cheers!
1. Spider-Man and X-Men
2. Beavis and Butthead
3. DOOM
4. Fatal fury Special
5. Mortal Kombat 2
6. Street Fighter 2 Turbo
7. Art of Fighting
8. T-2 ARCADE
9. Super Ghouls and Ghosts
10. Donkey Kong Country 2
These are the top 10
I own so far on SNES...
🎚🔊🎵🕹🤘🏻🤩📺🕹🤯🎧🎛🔉🎶
Very solid list! Need to try out Art of Fighting! Cheers!
Beat good ol Chrono Trigger again recently on the DS. Love that game. Cheers 🍻
I try to make the argument that the Genesis is the better of the two 16bit consoles, but the SNES really was the game changer in that generation.
Both were great in different ways! Cheers!
Just started watching you guys recently… and I gotta say… your list is amazing and right when you mention top gear 2…. Literally brought back memories of when I used to play this with my older brother…. The very first racing game I ever play with a phenomenal and underrated soundtrack
Glad you found us and appreciate your feedback and support! Cheers to Top Gear 2. It was a hot take but…….to me it’s better than Outrun lol
Firepower 2000
Mk2
Bill Lambert combat basketball
Super Double Dragon 🐉
Tecmo Superbowl
Umk3
Top Gear
Contra 3
Killer instinct
Final fight 3
Dude............Fire Power 2000 was so close to making this episode. We just need more time with it.
Yes. Turtles in time is still a must play for me, along with killer instinct, super mario world, and mega man X
All great games! Cheers!
Outrun is better.
But that said, I do like it when you can upgrade the cars as well, so I understand your preference.
they are both epic games! Cant go wrong either way! Cheers!
NHL 97 ..... Still the best ice hockey game around and certainly the best on a Nintendo system. Have it set up in my spare room and plug away at my season
Not as familar with that one! Will have to play it! Cheers!
awesome picks, these are all games I still play from time to time. These days, a friend and I started a 2 players game on Koei's 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms III' and I was surprised how fun it still is and it plays fantastic!
Thats an amazing game i need to revisit! Cheers!
@@GamingOffTheGrid we are so used to play couch coop on beat em ups and run and guns, I did not expect this to be exciting at first lol, cheers!
Great list. I didn’t know about some of those games.
Thanks! You should check them out if you get a chance! Cheers!
Snes is the goat to me, so I still pretty much play everything on it in 2022 and will continue to do so
One of the best systems of all time! No doubt! Cheers!
I feel the same way about the Lucia's sprites. I always play as her. Same goes for Annie from Wild Guns.
Yeah Annie in Wild Guns is a babe! Cheers!
We have a pretty similar taste in games. Try Firepower 2000 and King of Dragons. Map shield to a shoulder button.
Both 2 player games that are very sick.
Worth trying underrated games:
Metal Marines
Lufia 2
Blackthorne
Tetris Attack
Love your underrated list! Love all those games and need to get back to them! Cheers!
Yeah you can we prefer them on the Snes! Pour that beer! Cheers!
Two Recommendations: Firepower 2000 and Firestriker. You guys will have a blast with them!!
We will have to look into them! Cheers!
Last week i took out my 24 yrs old console. Cleaned it up re arranged the cartridges i have. Played for the whole weekend then packed it up properly and stored it in the box carefully 😁 i know peple will say lol....but i still cherish it as much as i use to back in my childhood ❤
Its always good to take care of your consoles however you do it! Cheers!
Top Gear 2 should definitely be on this list! I love it and I still play it too!
Yeah we havent played that in 2022! Its a great title! Cheers!
Total Carnage storyline does take place after Smash TV so yeah it is a sequel.
Also Smash TV was inspired movie called
The Running Man
Starting
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Small guest Wwe star for a small role Jesse Ventura
Very true! Two guys that become governors! Cheers!
The original top gear soundtrack...
Hard to find... hard to no jam out too
Yeah its a solid soundtrack! This time era had lots of great soundtracks! Cheers!
Out of this world and Act Raiser are two games I could always go back and play. Contra 3 is a solid choice too.
Contra 3 is amazing! Out of this world is a game we need to try! Cheers!
@@GamingOffTheGrid definitely give it a shot. It’s challenging and the graphics will blow you away for a game that came out in 1991.
Good list, I'd add Gradius III is one of my favorites of all time as well, MK 2 is another one.
Yeah we currenly play the original and gradius V! But we love all the Gradius games! Cheers!
My top 5 5- Yoshi Island, 4-Donkey kong country 2, 3-Mega Man x, 2-Suoer Mario World, 1- Ninja Turtles 4 turtles in tima( the reason the just released turtles collecion is the best collection copilation ever!!!)
Thats a pretty good list! Alot of those would be in our top 10! Cheers!
Great video!!! Nice game list, especially Sunset Riders, Contra III, Final Fight and others. The SNES is my favorite console of all-time!!! My favorites are:
Super Mario World
Super Mario All-Stars
Super Mario Kart
F-Zero
Pilotwings
NCAA Basketball
Tecmo Super Bowl
Tecmo Super NBA Basketball
NBA Jam
NBA Jam Tournament Edition
College Slam
NBA Live 95

NHL 94
Tetris/Dr. Mario
Sunset Riders
Pirates of the Dark Water
Super Batter Up
UN Squadron
WWF Royal Rumble
So damn many HAMMER titles!!!!!!! Cheers to the SNES!
PlayStation 3 has my vote for the next video. Started collecting for it again over the past couple years. It has some really good games and I would be curious what you guys would be playing right now. Took your advice from an old video and bought Blur and that is a great racing game.
Started screen capping for that generation today. Will it be the PS3? Time will tell :)
Hay guys SNES has lots fun games. I'm still playing. One of my favorite games is (Tetris 2) I just also got the SNES game cartridge with Tetris 1 and Dr Mario on it. Love classic NES games too.
Sounds like you like puzzle games! You would get along with Robert well! Cheers!
Great list. I’d add Super Mario Kart and the for 4 player fun I still play the NBA Jams, Looney Toons B-Ball, Super Bomberman 2
All great games you listed that we need to get back too! Cheers!
Not big fans of RPGs eh? I was about to write off this list when Sunset Riders came up. Damn that game was mad fun, still looks and sounds great to this day.
We like RPGS we just dont have time for them as adults with the channel and full time jobs! Cheers!
Very nice. I'll always be a fan of 'Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen.'
Glad you enjoyed the video! Cheers!
Once again, haven’t played any of these titles, well done guys! 🍻🤘🏼
Thanks man! Hope you get to check some of them out! Cheers!
Omg that unsolved mysteries shirt is siiiick!
One of my favorite shirts and shows! Cheers!
Tmnt - Turtles in Time is a must. My kids and I are playing this one all the time. Easy to pick up and play. A Street Fighter game should be on the list though.
We love Turtles in time its one of our all time favorite games! This isnt a top 10! Just 10 games we are playing currently! Cheers!
Thanks! i never had a Super. going to start. you guys have me some great gms to start with.
First off thanks so much for the dono! We appreciate that so much! Glad we can help you towards that direction! SNES has so many bangers you can pick to play! Cheers!
Chrono Trigger and A Link To The Past will always be the best games of all time
Both amazing games we just havent gotten too in 2022! Cheers!
Actraiser! Still rocks to this day. Dare I say…even better than the new remake.
We havent played the remake but agree it rocks on the SNES!
Both were epic consoles! Those two series were gamechangers! Cheers!
Lucia from Final Fight 3 was added into Street Fighter V, she's great in it!
She is great! Robert loves her lol! Cheers!
Awesome selection. One to add to the list: Front Mission Gunhazard.
We will have to check that out! Cheers!
There are so many great games on the SNES that you could make several lists like this.
Definitely! Could make like 10 lol! Cheers!
Glad you enjoy the content! Yeah the SNES has gotten very pricey to collect for! Emulation is better than nothing! Cheers!
I would recommend The Shadow. Technically it was never "officially" released.😉
Hmmm...........Ok, to the inter-webs we go! Thanks for the recommendation. Cheers!
Some other games that I think should get more recognition are Xmen Mutant Apocalypse, Marvel Super Heroes War of the Gems, and Harvest Moon
All great games! The library is so huge of bangers for the Snes! Cheers!
Great list! Contra 3 a classic. I played Goof Troop for the first time on the SNES recently and that's a great co-op game!
Its a really great game! Contra 3 is currently our favorite contra game! Cheers!
Have you guys ever played Super Buster Bros? Pretty fun game to throw in from time to time.
Negative, but gonna do some research and possibly take the plunge. Thanks for the recommendation. Cheers!
Sounds like an interesting game! Might look into it! Cheers!
It's a shame A lot of us older players can't play Contra III anymore all the rapid spinning is hard on the eyes now
I find all Contra games to be way easier on me and I think Robert too playing on a smaller screen.
Yeah some games need TV to gather the full experience! Cheers!
Man I really like Castlevania Bloodlines on the Genesis too. Yes Super Castlevania IV is the better game. But something about Bloodlines art style and graphics makes it more desirable to play
Tbh they are both epic games but my nostalgia pulls me toward IV! Cheers!
How is NBA JAM not on this list? It’s one of the best 2 player SNES games of all time.
Almost made it just didnt quite! Lots of great SNEs games we loved didnt quite make the list! Cheers!
Super gouls n ghosts and Actraoser 1& 2 are still my go to's
Just picked up a copy of Super Smash Tv loose for 25 euro in my local CEX store after your recommendation, its really fun and I really like it, fair play lads good choice 👍 no Contra here though there's Probotector though, reskinned game with robots don't know if it would be as good
Glad you enjoy Super Smash TV! Probotector is a solid game! Not as good as Contra but very good! Cheers!
Took a long time before I got my hands on a Super NES so I don't have a crazy list of games I know and love. But eventually I bought Super Metroid and Mortal Kombat 2 and those became as essential as food and water lol. I still play both to this day and have a blast. 💗
Yeah both are iconic SNES games! We arent very good at Mortal Combat games! Cheers!
Sunset Riders is criminally underrated. I played it in the arcades when I was 13. It’s also on the PlayStation Store for cheap as well.
It is criminally underrated! I have fond Arcade memories also! Cheers!
Dude, I just played Demon's crest by chance at my local barcade after I ran through super mario world.
Awesome man! Its a very fun arcade game! Cheers!
If you guys love Smash TV then you guys REALLY should try Xeno Crisis. It's a brand new game that came out not long ago that is very similar & TONS of fun! Has an incredible soundtrack too!
We have played Xeno Crisis! We enjoy it also! Cheers!
Wes been out in the sun with his sunglasses on all day 🤣🤣
Lol quite often! Cheers!
I actually prefer the launch games There were quite a variety to choose from. It seems I play them more than others.
The Super Nintendo had great launch titles so we totally agree! Cheers!
LOVE these videos guys!
Glad to hear it!!! Love making them. Cheers!
That Unsolved Mysteries shirt is the only thing epic about this video
Lol sorry you didnt like it! Cheers!
Turtles in Time is one my cousin and I used to play a lot back in the day.
One of thee best beatemups of all time! Cheers!
We haven't but it has been on our radar. So much to do, so little time.
Wait, wait wait! You guys weren't done with Contra when he said it was a no death run!
Lol we both wanna say we no death ran it! Cheers!
Demons Crest is also on 3ds. Definitely get it while you still can!
Yes sir! Maybe we get it on that someday! Cheers!
Top Gear 2, probably one of the best racers of all time.
So amazing and addicting! Cheers!
I’ve never played super Turrican before and it looks awesome. I love me some snes. Searched it up on eBay… Pal version ain’t cheap. Lol - ah man.
Lol yeah its a pricey one! Cheers!
