Yes there are many groups in Dubai, tech riders, Denzitzu, Motoclub and each bike brand has its own group like Suzuki group kawasaki etc.
You can find them in Instagram.

Hey bro I’m new in Dubai. I wanna learn about the rules and the bikers community out here. Please give some advice.
There are many different types of biker communities here for different types of bikes (sports, cruisers, touring etc) once u get a bike it's quite easy to join on rides when they post on their insta pages etc.
Rules are same for cars and bikes :)
