Artera has similar philosophy like Guadiola. It the reason Guadiola likes him. You expect him to change that overnight. But i feel its an insult to think he is copying him. I think Arteta did well bolstering already great defense. Defense always win you the league. With the addition of Califiori, his defense has gotten better than last season. All he needs now is a top striker and maybe a winger.

Zinchenko was poor, Kivwor was solid but we lost the attacking option the way Ben white supports saka. I understand where Dani dey come from, but we get many things to consider for this matter.
First, Mikel Arteta serve as assistant coach under Pep Guardiola for Manchester City. E no clear how much Arteta own football philosophy affect Pep style. Na true say Arteta no manage any team before, but e no mean say he just copy everything from Pep. E fit be say Arteta sef get some ideas wey he bring into Pep team, and now we dey see am for Arsenal.
Plus, transfer window never close yet and we still dey for early stage of signings. E too early to conclude on Arteta strategy or the team potential. For one recent interview, Arteta talk say dem wan reduce the mistakes as we dey enter new season. The left side of our team don be problem, both for defense and attack. For the right side, Ben White, Bukayo Saka, and Martin Ødegaard dey play well together, but the left side no get that same chemistry. This na because our left-backs no too sabi go forward well. The signing of Calafiori go help solve this problem.
I believe say all the gaps go close before transfer window end. Make we wait make transfer window close before we judge Arteta and Edu. E good make we get this discussion after the window don close, e too early to conclude now.

My boss, it doesn't matter if arteta thinks like guadiola. The fact that arsenal got 4 points from mancity last season means he can do it. But our priority for now should be a sharp and tall striker, both wing replacement for saka, trossard and martinelli. Raya is not a bad goalie all arsenal needs is a good backup goalie not ramsdale.
