- The Lion House is one of the most chilled out and pretty places that I've stayed on Jamaica's North Coast! Super comfortable, an unforgettable view, welcoming staff and some amazing ital food to eat. We learn about the humble fruitstand beginnings, check out some of the accomodations, see the crazy vistas from multiple porch areas, visit the chillout bar, meet the puppies Tai & Bumpa, and even pick some fresh soursop and noni right from the yard.
Thanks so much to Mahlon & Rona for the tour, definitely check this spot out if you want to be anywhere near Ocho Rios. If you want to feel some real Rasta Livity, this is the place for you. I will definitely be back to explore some of the epic trails around!

Breadnut Hill, Cole Gate the place I was born and raised.. i used to live in that old house too.. big up Ras Marlon, long time him a build up that place enuh.. The place is very peaceful. A cave is in the gully, me and my cousins cook in it all the time..

I am so stuck on my love for Negril but I think I need to venture into Beautiful Ocho Rios next trip! That view from the Verandah looks like our view in Mandeville! Jah now I would love for everyone to at least once in their lifetime; feel what it’s like to wake up in Jamaica by the ocean or in the hills like this and have a hot cup of blue mountain coffee with condensed milk and some ackee Saltfish and fry dumplings and just hold a vibe! Another charming Air B&B to showcase!! Don't know how you find these locations Matthew. They make amazing Vlogs❗️ A tip for you.........Mini fruit plantations like this should have nuff saplings all around! Use your Jamaican heritage (LOL!) and beg for baby/young trees like ackee, mango, soursop, citrus etc, for the St Thomas property. Start planting now ! Jamaican country folks are very kind and will give if they have. Especially the Ras guys!!❤️

I went to st annes bay to see a friend, in his yard there was a coconut palm that got.to be 80ft tall, he just climbed up it no problem to get 2 coconut for rice and peas😂bless.up matthew,.much respect

Dwarf coconuts are a genetically Variant Mathew...just like Julie/grafted mangoes...the shell is very thin compared to the Original Coconut,which takes about 5 years to bare fruits,but a dwarf is like three years...

I understand the misinterpretation of that symbol, what they called the Star of David. The original name for that symbol it is call Egyptian Star of Creation, means "As above so below". A deeper meaning to understands God/Creator
i would pay to come to jamaica and help this man farm. i would plant so many soursop tree’s and graft mangos and avocados for his farm. i would bring jaboticaba seeds for this man to reap the benefits of jaboticaba in jamaica. i guarentee no one grows it
