ऊंचाईया तो मिलती हैं, सर झुकाने से।
His singing along with playing veena leaves us dissatisfied with not able to get continueous veena recital.
The idea of prefacing his playing with the sahitya is to convey the spirit of the composer, and not just the music alone.
Only because your dissatisfaction comes from your own egoic need to control him and his devotion. Grow up and allow him to be his own person honouring God in his own way.
This is a style u can also refer to pt shujat khan he plays the sitar and also singe
