Whats up Derk😁👍 Looks like you are in the home stretch. Not long now once the floor gets poured it will go a lot faster. I feel you on the unexpected problems but you can figure that stuff out as you have been doing. Sometimes it feel like it will never get done but it will. Just take it one day at a time. You are building your future in a awesome way. One day you will look back add you will have so much to be proud of. Looking awesome! Lots of progress! I usually see people add a wooden backer board around the roofline. Are you taping all the foam panel seems?
I am not going to tape since I did the vapor barrier. The grade job is not perfectly level enough and would pop the tape seams when you walked on it. Tons of work but very rewarding.

Hey there Derck, it was nice seeing you on the Zoom call with Paul & Emily. I wanted to ask you how many sheets of poly did you use and what was the price per sheet? I'm looking forward to your next video on the floor heat! I'm still trying to decide if I want to put in a floor drain, it's so much more regulations and extra parts needed in the City! Since it's just for car storage, really not sure if we need one, was looking at the slot U-drain system? Take care and don't work too hard!

I think the number I calculated was around 180 sheets. I did end up taking a stack back however so I over calculated a bit. I think I paid around $7k for all of the foam that I used.
I am loving having the floor drains in there now. I would highly recommend it.
