You never really know people. You hope for the best, but you gotta cover your back. If you love her and she loves you back youre gonna willingly give her the world. If it fails, you got your back covered. It applies to both parties. Its like health insurance. Do you go through life hoping you wont get sick? That you will be healthy? Or just in case, knowing people do get sick, you get a health insurance? Prenup is being fair and responsible.

Get a prenup *EVERY* time. There is no reason to enter into a contract if there is a financial benefit for the other person to break the contract without repercussions.
I think friendship is the best condition to happiness in love. Through friendship you already get to know the most flaws of him/her and you still like and accept him/her without sexual desires. If you start a usual relationship without previous friendship it ends up in sex quickly.. and unconsciously, you adapt characteristics of each other so your relationship works out fine.
But I guess friendship to love just happens cuz at least one of you was already in a relationship so you just couldn't hook up earlier before developing that friendship
There's nothing wrong about "sexual desires", in fact I think it's a pretty good indicator for the success of the relation (not *alone* obviously). Friendship and lust are not mutually exclusive, it's better to have both.

Worked for me. We were each interested in the other but trying far too efficiently to be subtle so we became good friends before we finally acknowledged the fireworks. Fireworks are wonderful but they aren’t around all the time. For a couple to make it through the rough spots, there needs to be deep down trust, affection and respect. And fireworks again!

I don't understand how they could not think of dating each other right away.
It’s too easy to friendzone people. It’s a quirk from caveman days when having a strong, potent caveman gave you and your (maybe potential) offspring the best chance of survival. Those innate urges remain intact, if subconsciously, and it’s up to cultural programming (lacking so far) and, if that fails, self awareness and critical thinking skills (also lacking in most ladies), to get around that.
TLDR: Is there anyone really easy to talk to in your friendzone?
