I wanted to become a fitness influencer and my physique was quite impressive but I got into an accident in dec 2015 and I started hitting dope from 2016 to get some excitement in my life to get rid of depression but don't know how I got so much addictive to it... And I lost my 5 years in it. Still trying to quit it all. My advice is to you if you don't want to get addicted to anything just don't try for it..not even once.

then i realised what i did with myself, from next day i stopped all form of nasha its been 10years .

I am 17 but I am addicted to smoking for almost 4 years, I tried to quit it many times but lost hope at some point. This video kind of gives me an encouragement to try to quit smoking again after so many hopeless situations in which I couldn't stop..❤

You can quit smoking keep hope on god and workupon your body do exercises

I myself have quit drug addiction for 12 years. He was taking everything from heroin to opium to doda. I was sent to rehab when I was 16. I was sent for anger issues. I had zero addictions. From there I learnt everything about so called Nasha . I had to hear 6 hours long lectures and debates about how to not do it, which was completely irrelevant for me. the atmosphere is very distinct. What about giving 4hours sleep and intense works everyday. It changed my life completely.
The rehab owners and staffs behave very wildly. They beat the people so harsh people will have no idea about. The year I was sent I heard that a rehab was shut down because the staff killed a guy inside. The staffs pull out all of their frustrations on the people. The people are taught that no one can save them inside to hose walls. Gladly I was not hurt since I was the most young in there.
My mum gave 20k worth of groceries which was never given to me 😂
