    Thanks, had to stop, and go over what was happening with the harmonic minor. The 5th is raised from the key center. Was not too tough, as I had already been doing the scales adding the sharpened 5th to gain the 1,5,1,5 Etc for the diminished 2 with 1 chord scale. IE major sixth one chord then diminished 2 chord to the next inversion of one chord and to the 2 chord diminished next inversion ETC. Possible also for minor / seventh and seventh flat 5. In the minor will flat the 3 and keep the added sharp 5. In the 7th the 6th will lower and the major 7 will be added. In the 7th b5, the 5th and sixth will lower and the major seventh will be added.

    C7b9 = F harmonic minor scale, G7b9 = C harmonic minor scale, Cool.

      G7b9 try A harmonic minor because the C is major! Thinking sharp 5 in the key center and drop the 5th then you hit the 5th on that C major its cool sounding!
