Those milkshakes look SO good! 😊 I don't know if I could choose just one!
Rix and Nicky in the video you said you could refill the refillable cup every hour. However I recently visited Universal two weeks ago and at the time you could refill it with soda/Icee every 10 minutes and you could refill it with water and ice whenever you want without a time limit.
I see my Wife standing there waiting for our Crepe. She was thrilled to be in some of the B roll. I was the one that came up to say hi. It was great to meet you.
I saw y'all making this and am actually in the beginning in front of Three Broomsticks. I regret not saying hi but was too embarrassed :( I love your channel and your content. On my recent trip, we struggled with finding good quick breakfast options. I would love to see a top six on that topic.
I love the breakfasts at the Harry Potter themed restaurants
I love getting breakfast at the today cafe! I’ve gotten their salmon lox bagel twice now
My mouth dropped on that last dessert.... key lime cheesecake 😍😍😍
My favorite dessert / sweet treat involves 4 steps:
Step One: Buy one shot of rum from The Watering Hole in Jurassic Park.
Step Two: Buy a frozen Butterbeer in Hogsmeade.
Step Three: Mix together
Step Four: Repeat.
Toothsome is definitely my favorite place to eat in all of Universal!
This is exactly what I needed
The refills are once every 10 minutes
And most people don’t know you can also get Icees in them it’s so worth the price
@@andreacintron4187 icees? Like slushie ice drinks? Is that right? That is great value, but where do you get the Icees that you can refill?
@@woooooooo9061 yep! They’re at the like like food stands all around the parks. The attendant just puts the cup on a scanner then they’ll go fill it up for you with whatever flavor or soda you want
@@andreacintron4187 I will try this on our next trip in September, we usually but 2 cups between the 3 of us, having 1 icee and 1 soda would be another bonus. I wish Disney offered such good value.
My favorite is getting the butterbeer potted cream and adding it to the apple pie at the three broomsticks! It is so delicious!
Those milkshakes look amazing! 🤩
Been telling people for years to use the Theme Park Diet!
All the miles you walk , combined with the fact carbs and calories do not count while in them...its the perfect balance ;)
S'mores dessert at big fire grill is incredible!!!!
Well- since tomorrow starts your healthy eating plans- how about a top six for healthy eats?!?!?
Just left Orlando. Was so happy to meet you Rick. Miss Universal so much
So many great choices at the Today Cafe! Love the key lime tart, s’mores croissant, and more!
The Butterbeer Potted Cream is by far my favorite HP dessert and even one of my top favorites in the parks. I'm glad it made the list!
Just an FYI, you don’t need a freestyle cup to get water out of the freestyle machines. We used our Brita water bottles the whole time we were there and water is free. It’s nice to have the souvenir though.
Love the key lime pie at Thunderfalls and we can't wait to try those Crepes.
This will be good for my trip tomorrow
The shakes at Toothsomes are intimidating. I’ll never order one lol
I got an ice cream from them once and couldn’t even finish half of it (and I was a glutton at the time).
I’ve never been to Finnegan’s though and I’ll have to visit it next time. That desert looked deliciousss
The milkshakes are grossly overrated.
The best treat is Butterbeer with a shot (or more) of vanilla rum.
I wanted to try one on my last trip but after a full day at the parks and being hot and sweaty, I couldn't think to stomach one.😆
My husband’s absolute favorite is the cream horn at the San Francisco Pastry Company
Sugar is my best friend but I limit to one dessert per visit! Can’t wait to try these this year!
Nikki's face while Rick explains how he likes his Dole whip is priceless. 🤣
Great Review. As always !
Love videos like this!
I just realized that I rarely do desserts at the parks and I love dessert! At a Six Flags I would rather do funnel cakes over actual food, but at Universal I always choose food. I can only remember ever having two desserts here - butterbeer ice cream and a Red Velvet shake at Toothsome. And the shake doesn't really count as it was dinner after the parks and I made it the drink for my meal, so the cake topping was the only part that was technically dessert. I think I avoid them in the parks mostly because it's the one time I allow myself soda, and that's enough sugar, thank you very much.
Love your food videos! Reminds me of how good the food is, and also just enjoy these videos in general.
And I also like to eat my cheesecake/pie/cake anything from the back first 🤣🤣
Wow! This video game me a sugar rush! Looks soooooo good!😋😋🥳
Those deserts looked so yummy
The refillable cups are a life saver in the heat of summer. You can even bring a cup from a previous year. Just reactivate it.
This is a very delicious list! I love the Crepes at Universal and definitely messy to eat. The mint chocolate shake and Key Lime shake at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium are highly recommended!
Nikki, that was the milkshake I chose!!! I love that one!!! I’ve tried all the butterbeer things except the potted cream. I’ll have to get that next time.
Great video. I always have trouble deciding which shake from toothsome to get
I love the thumbnail! Good choices.
No butterbeer ice cream? Criminal!
We’ve been to Universal Orlando a couple times and we have never gotten the crêpes so I think we’ll try that next time!
I hope that some of thses deserts are there in September next year for my trip!!!
I vote the hotel desserts next!
Calories do not count on vacation is our motto too we have a trip soon can’t wait definitely want a toothsome shake
Hmmm...delicious video :)
I can tell you the milkshakes at Cowfish are incredible! I had the raspberry/passion fruit crepe last weekend and it was AMAZING.
Thats from toothsomes
@@lizzyfidgets449 I’m just saying what I know. Not saying what’s in the picture.
@@karricompton oh sorry
is central park crepes included in the OI meetup?? also the jacket potato stand?
The best keyline pie is down here in Miami will further down in Key West which is which is where they invent key lime pie
Two of my favorite desserts are at Studios. At Louie's Pizza, I love the tiramisu and cannolis. Too bad that the cannolis are only available during Marti Gra.
The refills are every 10 minutes for the freestyle machines
Where was that cool refillable cup from?
Hey Rick you can get a dole whip float at schwabs
You can refill the cups every 10 minutes.
Oops I took the little jar 😬
💖
The milkshake reminds me of the ones from shark tank!
I must admit I got the butter beer potted cream and took the jar home 😅. I didn’t know you couldn’t honestly I made the comment I could paint it and make use of it at home and didn’t think twice no one told me I couldn’t keep it. Well now I know I guess lol I won’t make the mistake again.
I’m heading for the baileys cake 💕😀
Love the videos, coming over from the Uk next August after last years trip was cancelled, just wondering have you done or would you consider doing a video or even just a list of rides where the queue for the rides are great for guests who don't physically go on the rides (medical reasons) and can opt out at the last minute but not miss the pre ride theming Have to say big difference between US and UK theme parks is the queue experience, anybody who has been to Alton Towers and waited for the Smiler will know what i'm talking about.
Are the ques better in the UK?
@@MsAnimelove2102 no, worse in my opinion, they don't do anywhere near the effort in the queue experience like Disneyworld or Universal, we don't need the AC because of our weather but often the queues are boring mostly uncovered, worse one ever is SAW at Thorpe Park near London
@@richardharland8994 In that case, the Harry Potter castle ride has a really great queue as well as Kong, Transformers, and Spiderman in my opinion. A lot of people also like the queue for Velocicoaster. Most all of the rides allow you to opt out at the end and just exit through cold swap. The only ones where that might be tedious are ones with a metal detector like Hulk and Rip Ride Rocket because you can't bring any of your belongings even if you tell them you're not riding.
My husband loves carrot cake, and his birthday is next week! We will be there and i am thinking about what dessert i will stick a candle in..? Suggestions?
• Sorry the ice cream on the Finnegans mocha cake looks like mashed potatoes and gravy. 🤢
• The crepe looks amazing!!!
• Marshmellow crisp - WOW - simply WOW!!
No butter beer ice cream?!
Can you get icee in the refillable cup or just soda?
Yes to icees
Hi could you possibly start putting the prices on when you’re buying food? I’m planning a trip and would really love to know what’s budget friendly. Thanks 😊
I think if go back and rewatch you’ll see prices on the screen and prices mention for most of these, maybe not all but most
Is it clotted cream or potted cream? I have heard it called clotted cream more.
8.99 crepe 🥲
We took the jar, oops
nothing counts if you're bad at math
if Universal had better food like disney, they would probably be the more popular theme park. But for the most part- their food is horrible
Whaaaaat?!
They have great food!
@@Sarah-qx4vz What is good there? (no shade- actual question because we're going in a few weeks instead of Disney and I would love to know what to eat there!) thanks
@@nicolelechman609 I've never been to universal myself, watched tons of reviews though because I'm heading there in a few months and like to way over research my trips and it seems in the parks, I didn't see anything bad about mythos, and the harry Potter restaurants if you like British food. Though if you ask the customer service a lot of city walk restaurants come up like cowfish and toothsomes which I guess isn't just really good ice cream
@@TiNyBaNgLeTiGeR I was looking up restaurants at City walk, they seem to have fairly crappy reviews... the overall theme of each one being poor food and high prices. I agree mythos, flame eater and harry potter food looks good. But I was there a handful of years ago and the "alfredo" pasta in super hero land, luigis pizza- all those types of things just seem insanely poor. I did also see the new tater tots from suess- so hopefully this trip will be better for food! doing the orladno informer meetup. Thanks for your suggestions, have a great trip.
@@nicolelechman609 plus if you take a car Disney has a lot of nice looking restaurants not in the park 😂 I can recommend breakfast at ohana it was amazing
